book my hotel from the 10th to 14th on the 13th the manager calling my phone in the conference asking me when am I checking out?and I explain that I check on the fifth day and he keep telling me I have a three day stay when I couldn't run him down anymore I tell him I will bring my confirmation show him. The guy that check me in the first day was at the desk and I asked him what's going on. He said he does not know. I told him that the manager called me and tell me that I have to check out today and I show my confirmation which I booked my ticket and the room to leave so he went back in the office and speak with the manager and the manager never even come out and face me or apologize to me. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice to me. I would recommend him to be the manager. the room was clean, I didn't want housekeeping and in the bathroom their was a big cockroach

Pretty good stay and easily accessible

Everything is good, except that the air conditioner in the room cannot be turned off, and the noise affects sleep. In addition, the parking fee is not expensive, 10 dollars a night. The room type booked does not include breakfast, but you can order it separately at the bar, which is not expensive and one portion is enough for one person.

Very bad hotel, gave me a room facing the road, no soundproofing at all. When I wanted to check out, they asked me to book a room at the front desk, saying that Ctrip's room would be refunded for free. As a result, I urged them every day, and it took three days to refund. The room fee was more expensive than Ctrip! What's even worse is that when I checked out, I forgot to take the two skirts in the closet. When I went back to look for them, they said that the colleague had left work and asked me to go back today. I came today, and they said that there was nothing in the room when I checked out, and they refused to give it to me!

Good value for money

It has a nice environment in an elegant jungle, but it's a pity that it's next to the highway and a bit noisy. The waiter's attitude is good, but the efficiency is too slow. Maybe we are asking too much.
