While I understand that the property is newly opened, I found the in-room amenities and guest service to be lacking in several key areas. Firstly, the phone in the room was not functioning, which made it impossible to call the front desk. As a result, I submitted a request via the app for a blanket and sheets for the pullout bed, as these items were not provided. Despite waiting 45 minutes without a response, I went to the front desk where two attendants were able to assist me. However, it took an additional 15 minutes for the requested items to be delivered. Secondly, I was disappointed with the breakfast service the following morning. I arrived around 8:15 AM, and by that time, all of the hot food had been emptied, and there were no coffee cups available. The service was also subpar, and at 8:57 AM, a staff member from the kitchen abruptly announced that breakfast was closing and slammed the doors, which I found both unprofessional and inconsiderate. Given that the hotel is newly opened, I would have expected higher standards in terms of both service and amenities.
