Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, the coffee bar was amazing. The beds could use some work, they were mushy, in fact one had a broken frame that had been repaired, but still sagged in the middle.

The room reeks of urine. My father stayed in another room that did not have the same problem. It smells like 4 dogs were locked in this room and not let out for a week. Incredible that they would even consider booking the room in its current state. The bathrooms at JFK smell better than here.

This place is phenomenal!!! We stayed in the king suite and it’s BEAUTIFUL!! The staff was extremely helpful everywhere! Will definitely stay here again!! Jennifer at the front desk was amazing!!!

Had a great time here. Stayed a night in the lodge. The lake is absolutely stunning and the resort compliments it.
