The identity of the hotel is a little confusing; there is at least one other “ Ibis” very nearby, and the hotel entrance and reception is prominently headed “ NOVOTEL” with “ Ibis Styles” in smaller lettering,without any distinguishing logo, beneath, The Novotel reception and restaurant are modern and attractive.The receptionist gives directions to the “Ibis” and makes it clear that the Ibis breakfast is in the Ibis section, not the Novotel restaurant.After walking the length of a smart Novotel corridor,the era of woodchip paper,painted over in basic bright colours ,is reached in the” Ibis”. Having just come from three ( 3 and 4 star) hotels in Rome and north Italy ,I thought the Ibis expensive for the room facilities offered.There was no fridge or hot drink facilites;not even a bottle of water.The bathroom had a basic doorless shower,only one towel per person,and not even a toilet brush.The firm bed would have been comfortable without the pointless soft foam mattress topper,which caused it to feel excessively hot.Only being early May, the airconditioning was not functional,and the busy road discouraged having the windows open.The space between the outer plastic window frame, and the inner wooden one, had many cobwebs. To mention a positive aspect,we had a good meal at the Novotel restaurant,and breakfast in the bare Ibis breakfast room was of the usual standard.

Price very correct for a family of 4 and breakfast included. Breakfast not great (but I’m picky) but better than going on a search for a cafe in a place we don’t know with young children. Clean, no frills, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Perfect for a stop over. 24hr Check in which suited us well as we arrived at 3am!

There are family rooms available, but I decided to book two separate rooms for the family (My son and me - my wife and daughter). I did not regret! It was cheaper! It was not easy to find the hotel, I was at the wrong Ibis first, but got directions and found it perfectly! It's located outside the city center and close to the freeway, which is perfect to get on the road again! It's pretty close to the Parc Olympique Lyonnais (perfect for kids - if you still want to visit something before going home). There is also a pool - far too crowded to send our kids - and it's next to the restaurant so that makes a pretty fair combination if your kids don't like sitting down a lot :-) There is a good restaurant located at the hotel, perfect after a long drive! Cosy beds, clean bathrooms... we had a great night sleep! The breakfast buffet was really crowded in a too-tight place, I could imagine that people would leave to stay covid-safe, but if you don't mind just have and enjoy your breakfast! It's perfect!

Welcome by an untrained trainee who gives no information. The response from the receptionist: we are understaffed and don't have time to train interns. Also, ibis dated style, basic breakfast. Avoid, however, our loyal Accor customers

The welcome is special (a single reception for the Ibis and the Novotel in the middle of the passage of customers). Nevertheless, the room has already been prepared and we are not charged the 25€ as indicated for early arrivals. Thanks for the gesture! Nothing to complain about the room which is sufficient and pleasant for a stopover. On the other hand, it is better to get up at dawn if you want breakfast before hitting the road again because we had a 15-minute wait (and that was nothing compared to the line of 60 people waiting at the end of our meal). Ibis and Novotel customers are mixed at breakfast (rather nice to be upgraded for the meal as Ibis customers but we do not understand the interest given the mass of customers).

Partis 17h de la chambre,je me rends compte de l'oubli d'un collier. Je rappelle le lendemain vers 8h, évidemment pas de collier...Ils cherchent à priori sans succès... 😅Dans une chambre de 12m2, ça ne devrait pas poser de difficultés.... Bref.. Mauvaise expérience.

Buon hotel provvisto di ottimo ristorante interno che per la nostra sosta dopo un lungo viaggio è stato il top, piatti molto buoni e prezzi accessibili.... La parte ibis dell' hotel carina, sicuramente rinnovata, top per i bambini visto il tema videogiochi, di contro si potrebbe fare di più la moquette datata e la stanza piccola...e la pulizia non al top. Colazione giusta con tutto il necessario

Bel hôtel, bien situé, fabuleux pour les enfants. Grande table de ping-pong et babyfoot géant dans le hall, bornes d’arcades dans les parties communes, restaurant agréable et bon, … Vous profitez de tout le confort d’un Novotel en dormant dans une chambre ibis style. Une belle découverte que je conseille vraiment pour une halte en famille !
