Received a random mobile call from this hotel 11/9/23. Asking for card details. I have never heard of them, let alone delt with them before. I stay in the north of Scotland and have no intentions of travelling to Bromley let alone England any time soon. How they got my number is a mystery. I suspect something very fishy is going on here.

Think I was badly treated because of the colour of my skin plus was given A staff room for cleaner's toilet exploded with faeces and urine was not helped was asked for more Mo feel like a criminal and was threatened with authorities and legal action wasn't apologise apologetic and refused to answer the phone

Thank you for giving us a memorable stay & a perfect room, to celebrate my 32nd birthday. It was very kind to lay the Happy pillow, the room was a perfect size. Spacious cupboards and a lovely walk in hot tub with great lighting in the bathroom. My boyfriend hit jelly babies packet of sweets in the cupboard We had a restful sleep great comfy big bed & I really adored the view from outside the door. BREAKFAST was a great selections and well presented. Thank you for making it a memorable weekend for myself & Alex, Thank you also for allowing for my partner to decorate the room specially for me too. FROM Hannah & ALEX from Bickley !!

A reasonably priced hotel which is a convenient distance from Bromley town centre. I booked a room for one night and arrived early evening. There was an issue with the radiator (Room 1) that was faulty and could not be turned off. I couldn't sleep in a warm room and advised I need to leave and requested a refund Reception staff and the manager were polite and reasonable and provided an immediate 'no quibble' refund.
