A well located hotel which offers you the amenities that every establishment should offer. The staff are friendly and helpful. Make sure to buy water before arriving. The hotel is accessible via the lift on the side of the big building. You can't miss it.

Loved the staff. The location was lovely too and you can easuly get food within a few min walk away from you. However, there were no tea bags, hardly a sugar and you have to pay for the wifi🤦🏻♀️

Extremely friendly staff who were eager to help in any way they could. Quiet comfortable room and plenty of free car parking. When I was on my way home they called to tell me Id left a tablet in the room and posted it back to me without hesitation. Brilliant service.

Our room was comfortable and clean. No issues with check in. A small issue with a support bar in the room was quickly dealt with by Katherina (manager). I cannot praise her kind, sympathetic attitude to us enough. She was truly wonderful and helpful. We forgot a charger in our room, but got a call after check out informing us of this. It was posted to us, and it arrived today. Thank you Katherina and other staff for the great help, support and attitude to us. We loved staying here and will return if we stay in the area in future.

The receptionist who checked everyone in was very impatient as well as she’d talk nicely one minute and then be rude the next.

Decent size room, extra bed provided which was nice as i didnt want to have to snuggle up with my stinky mates, bit out of the way but not a long walk to the nearest tube station so transport around was standard london expectations, didnt eat here so i cant comment on food but overall this seems a pretty average travelodge experience

Room was unbearable to sleep in, EXTREMELY hot even with fan left on all day. Impossible to sleep in or stay in i would really like a refund on how awful my stay was. Not worth the money at all !

Room was hotter than the sun, noise from banging doors and toilets being flushed woke us constantly through the night. Noise from outside was loud and couldn’t shut windows as we would have melted!

Very nice places to stay, nice room and friendly staff. There was no hand soap. Great location if you want travel to Crystal Palace or Beckham

This was a disaster from the first night a huge chain of events and I felt so so sorry for the staff who if put in a different hotel would thrive as they gave it there best but the hotel is more a hostel

They need to teach other on how customer service should be. The 2 ladies at the front desk were fantastic. You cannot find any better than these 2.
