Desk clerk was eating her dinner, I presume since it was about 8:30 when we check in. The room was average, and I guess for the money adequate. However the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, like there had been a previous leak from the room above and was not taken care of. The room was ok, but I would never stay there again. The staff needs hospitality training.

Our room was clean. Morning staff person was rude. We asked for butter for our waffles and he said no. Seriously? I realize this is a budget hotel and typically it is just fine but dry waffles and undercooked (as in pink) sausage, doesn't cut it.

The room is a scary Halloween color, the bathroom is falling apart with the shower splitting and looks like it has been caulked several times. At some point you need to replace stuff.

From check in to check out, greeting was warm and friendly. Accomodations were clean and comfortable. Very reasonable price for two queen beds. Would highly recommend to anyone on a budget.

There where bones in the sink and the towel for the floor was wet and the sheets had holes in them

Very outdated, bed was hard, one room smelled like cigarettes.
They do not offer conjoined rooms.
Breakfast was not great.

My visit here is very accomodating. I plan to stay another night. Clean entrance, professional
and accessible clerk, and clean spacious room are just a few of the pluses. I plan to stay another night. Thank you Quality Inn of Broken Arrow, OK.
