The pool was nice but cold.
Our bathtub was in bad condition, the plug leaked water out quickly during baths so you had to keep the water running. The shower head was so crudded up with corrosion we couldn't use it.

The air conditioner was clearly malfunctioning and the room i stayed in should have been out of service until fixed. There were panels removed on unit and the terrible noise when it kicked on woke me up everytime. Other that that the messy construction projects were a bit annoying but besides that its a good place. Parking was tighter than usual with all the extra vip spaces. Overall disappointing but the room was clean and smelled decent

The Hotel was under construction. It would have been helpful to know that before I booked the room.
Fire Alarms going off, elevator intermittently working, not the type of thing I need to deal with after traveling all day!

When booking that I am notified that there is renovations taking place at the hotel. I was a little disappointed when we showed up that we didn't know that this was going on.

The hotel was undergoing renovations on the bottom floor was dusty and dirty. Exits/entrances were blocked by construction. The room air conditioner was disturbingly loud and interfered with sleep with us getting maybe only 3-4 hours of sleep per night. Staff seemed unconcerned and frequently used booking through a “3rd party (*******) as an excuse for their failures. Third party bookers are definitely treated as third class customers at this hotel.

I Disliked the Crazy lady who served breakfast. Was rude and Slamming things around. Loud and very Unhelpful! Not to mention the busted side door and all the Construction going on Inside
