I have stayed at the Premier before
That's why I booked there
My preference of room was booked out for this stay
So I chose single room with shared bathroom and was a bit unsure what to expect
It wasn't terrible at all
I enjoyed having access to the balcony
I slept so soundly,I didn't move all night
I did dine in the bistro one evening the food was ready quickly and it was lovely
I was provided fresh towels for each of the 3 days I was a guest
I didn't utilise the communal kitchen but I think it is a great addition

The en-suited room was more than adequate. The bed was comfotable, the en-suite though small was freshly renovated. The bistro was better than expected as was the food and menu choices. Both the main bar and the beer garden were great. There's a private car park and all hours access. Our purpose for the stay, a visit to the Newcastle Entertainment Centre, involved a walk of less than ten minutes. And to cap it off, the rate made the stay great value. (Wish I could say the same about the show!)

The only thing that stopped me giving a 5 for this stay was that the vroilet was leaking.
It was so close and convenient to where i needed ro be, the room was clean and comfortable.
The staff were friendly and the only negative thing is that perhaps they don't have enough on as if they were in the front bar they did not always see you waiting in the back bar.
Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were comfortable and well serviced. The water in the bathroom was... nuanced. We went downstairs to the Bistro for dinner both nights of our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the price and quality of the food. The staff were incredibly accommodating when we asked if we could take our unfinished drink (child's soft drink) and meal upstairs to complete it and the complimentary colouring in was a nice distraction.

Good location for NEC
One night stay whilst attending concert locally. Fantastic location for NEC; 5 minute walk. Staff helpful on arrival, friendly and attentive. Room small, but absolutely fine for a one night stay. Unfortunately, no hot water upon waking and unable to rectify as I left early and had a train to catch. Some cockroaches seen at check-in to room and at other points during the stay. Bistro downstairs for ease. Stayed on a Sunday, no noise from pub.

The staff were lovely! Very welcoming, especially the young lady that checked me in.
The room itself was good. The only negatives were just a small hole in the wall behind the door, and the blind was missing a part, but still worked perfectly fine. I'm easy to please though :)

Perfect location for the train station, not far from some shops.
For budget hotel condition was ok, was not sure my balcony door was completely secure but it was a good room
