"Dorsett Gold Coast boasts a prime location, just one street away from the large shopping centre Pacific Fair. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it only takes a 10-minute walk to get to the beach. The hotel entrance is right at the Tram Station. The room facilities are quite good, featuring a small balcony that offers a view of the sea when opened. However, the shower water pressure is somewhat weak, and the floor gets a bit slippery when wet. Aside from these, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Carter at the front desk for making us feel right at home.
黄金海岸的帝盛酒店位置很不错，距离大型购物中心Pacific Fair就一条街的距离，周围吃的很多，10分钟可以走到海边，酒店门口就是Tram Station。房间的设施也不错，带小阳台，打开可以看到海。只是淋浴水量比较小，地板沾水有一点滑。除此之外，特别点赞前台Carter，让人有宾至如归之感。 - Chinese Customers"

"We had good experience stayed at Sofitel hotel. Very good position,closed to everywhere,shopping and restaurants, tram station. Staff were very welcome warming and friendly,helpful. I do think the Bathroom shower head can change to a better one. Taps bit tight for kid to turn on and toilet system need upgrade. Thank you !"

"The building is at a good location and the view from the high floors are great. However, the place is quite worn and, such as carpets, toilets, handles, walls are very scuffed and dirty, etc. not the cleanest place too."

"We had a high floor xx-105 that is not exactly the rounded corner balcony but was still a great stay. The furniture and fittings are modern and non-frills. We love the branded soaps, the strong aircon, the convenient cardkeys, and the direct link to the casino. Everything is so convenient, i dont know what else to ask for. Oh, the ocean view is blocked, but we stayed at surfers paradise before this, so we are not exactly looking for that same view again. Goldcoast city view is also stunning."

"We booked a three-bedroom, two-bathroom room, which was stress-free for two families with six adults and one child! The kitchen is comfortable and fully equipped for cooking. It is about a 10-minute walk from the beach. What's surprising is that there is a Pipi dig on this beach, which is especially suitable for parent-child activities. The room was cleaned every day. We were especially grateful that we contacted us as soon as we forgot our headphones. Even though we had already boarded the plane and couldn't go back to pick them up, we were still considerate enough to suggest that they send them to our friends. Thank you so much!"

"Very nice and clean apartment. Location is good as well.
However, it was hard to find a parking in allocated areas as it used to get busy and kitchen... It's simply not practicle. I had kids with me but I couldn't do any quick meals for them as I was told the smoke alarm is very sensible and I would have to pay if it goes off. The kitchen's exhaust was actually leaving the air inside the cabinets.
If you need a kitchen to do meals... This isn't the place."

"It's close to the Pacific Mall, it's a little far away from Surfers Paradise, about 3 kilometers, but it's very convenient to take a taxi. There is a lot of food in the back. The room is large and you can cook. A large group of people come to play. There is also a gym and a pool."

"We certainly enjoyed our ladies' Christmas Weekend away. The staff were absolutely fantastic from the day we checked in and the day we checked out. Food and services at the hotel was 5 star, rooms always clean and very comfortable beds too. We will definitely be returning again. "

GGuest UserOur experience was good. The apartments are well organised and no lengthy check-in process like other places. A bit surprised after paying the amount due weeks before and then being requested for another $500 prior to checking in otherwise the booking can't be guaranteed. Most people take American Express in the accommodation industry and this was also a surprise. Apart from that it was a very pleasant state and we will book it again if we get a good deal.

GGuest UserWe had a confirmed booking from Trip.com but when we arrived at reception they did not have our booking. It was not Trip’s fault as apparently an intermediate company bungled the booking. The Blues fest was on so everything was booked out for 100km2. Fortunately the very kind manager at the Phoenician miraculously found a 1 br apartment for us and saved the holiday. The hotel is lovely and very central. Cannot fault it but confirm your booking directly with the hotel

Vvive_la_freedom這次住的是雙房型，總體上來說是一間乾淨的旅館，地點也在海灘邊，只要步行三至五分鐘即可到達沙灘（如圖片中即為旅館邊的沙灘），還算方便，唯一令人遺憾的是櫃檯服務時間很短，平日九點到十六點，假日更只有九點到十二點，並且在服務時段外如果需要開門幫助，需支付五十澳幣。旅館另有泳池，不過使用率看起來不高，入住三天幾乎沒有看到有人使用，可能都去海邊了吧！

MMaslenIt’s always a fantastic place to come. The staff are friendly, the residents are friendly and the views and rooms are very nice and homely. The indoor pool is also a bonus. I’ve been here before and I’m never disappointed to come back. It’s definitely my go to place to stay.

GGuest Userbooked studio apartment but was only second bedroom from another apartment with enquire which was a little deceptive and not able to do anything about it as already had paid for it through the app. Bathroom sink tap wasn't attached to sink but still usuable....location is good right next to restaurants etc...
