"We had a confirmed booking from Trip.com but when we arrived at reception they did not have our booking. It was not Trip’s fault as apparently an intermediate company bungled the booking. The Blues fest was on so everything was booked out for 100km2. Fortunately the very kind manager at the Phoenician miraculously found a 1 br apartment for us and saved the holiday. The hotel is lovely and very central. Cannot fault it but confirm your booking directly with the hotel "

"It’s always a fantastic place to come. The staff are friendly, the residents are friendly and the views and rooms are very nice and homely. The indoor pool is also a bonus. I’ve been here before and I’m never disappointed to come back. It’s definitely my go to place to stay."

11st_LoveEverything was great except the terrible weather and food outlets either all closed or terrible salads at the oasis carvery.
Plus side clean, great service, and the ribs at Fat Freddy's were excellent! Had to pay extra for car parking. View to the darling hotel and traffic noise as expected.

NNabil Mahmud IslamI had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I must give special recognition to Jennifer at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful, ensuring I was able to check in early, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Not only was she efficient, but she was also extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. Her excellent customer service truly enhanced my experience, and I appreciate her warm, welcoming attitude. The rest of the hotel was fantastic as well, with clean, comfortable rooms and great amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

牧牧I love the view so much!! It was actually my first and self-guided journey to Australia. The front desk attendant ,Tammy, was so kind to me. She not only introduced the notice about hotel slowly to me (my listening isn’t very well haha), but recommended me the place that I could visit. What a lovely trip in Cold Coast.

SSilvia L.We had a high floor xx-105 that is not exactly the rounded corner balcony but was still a great stay. The furniture and fittings are modern and non-frills. We love the branded soaps, the strong aircon, the convenient cardkeys, and the direct link to the casino. Everything is so convenient, i dont know what else to ask for. Oh, the ocean view is blocked, but we stayed at surfers paradise before this, so we are not exactly looking for that same view again. Goldcoast city view is also stunning.

GGuest UserWe certainly enjoyed our ladies' Christmas Weekend away. The staff were absolutely fantastic from the day we checked in and the day we checked out. Food and services at the hotel was 5 star, rooms always clean and very comfortable beds too. We will definitely be returning again.

Lluke_middlebrookWe travelled to the Gold Coast for our wedding, and decided to stay in Sofitel Broadbeach, a hotel we stayed our first visit to the Gold Coast together. This time however, we also recommended our families to stay in the hotel too.
The stay was brilliant. Did not disappoint. We were met with champagne on entry, and had some special surprises in our room for our special occasion. The staff were so kind and gave the best recommendations to our parents while staying with the hotel.
The front service member Michael, from the US, was a credit to the team and went well above the call of his duty for our week we stayed.
Thank you Sofitel for the memories and the treasured time at your resort. Not only did you provide us with an excellent location and comfortable stay, but you recognized the importance of our visit.

Vvive_la_freedom這次住的是雙房型，總體上來說是一間乾淨的旅館，地點也在海灘邊，只要步行三至五分鐘即可到達沙灘（如圖片中即為旅館邊的沙灘），還算方便，唯一令人遺憾的是櫃檯服務時間很短，平日九點到十六點，假日更只有九點到十二點，並且在服務時段外如果需要開門幫助，需支付五十澳幣。旅館另有泳池，不過使用率看起來不高，入住三天幾乎沒有看到有人使用，可能都去海邊了吧！

福福格格兒The location of the hotel is very good ❤️It’s convenient to go anywhere, lazily chasing a show in the room, ordering a takeaway is also very fast; going out to the largest Pacific mall in the southern hemisphere and just a few steps away (across the road); the other side leads directly to the beach and the park and scenery Excellent; there are many restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. It is very comfortable to live in... I will stay next time.
