I recently stayed at the Dorsett Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness throughout the property. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job my room was cleaned daily with attention to detail, fresh towels were always available, and the bedding felt crisp and fresh.
Even common areas like the elevators, hallways, and dining spaces were immaculate. It’s clear the hotel takes hygiene and presentation seriously, which made my stay feel comfortable and worry-free. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, the Dorsett Hotel absolutely delivers.

This is the second time I stayed with Dorsett, the last time is in February 2025, I had a great experience so I returned. This time I have to move my room 3 times. The first room due to no hot water on the tap, the second one due to the shower head hose burst with leaking spray, the manager was very apologetic for the repeated inconvenience and upgraded us to a executive room with complimentary breakfast. While I am a bit annoyed with the repeated moving, I am impressed with the manager's gesture for keeping customers happy. The another thing I like the hotel to improve is to keep the outdoor pool may be two degrees warmer so that hotel guests can still enjoy the beautiful pool in winter, especially the spa area.

No Toothbrush and Toothpaste
I stay 3 days 2 night, they didn't clean my room, i already press make room, when i an back afternoon? Nothing -_-
Wifi ? Not good connection! I stay at lv.14 and idk i got wifi star hotel better than them🤣
Amenities?
Coffee? Milk? Just only 2 capsule, 1 Milk, and the cup bigger size (mean not for Coffee cup suitable for Coffee capsule) even they provide Coffee sachets, but sorry to say 🙏🤯
Room was okay, afternoon warm and bit hot even winter season but aircon is work.
Maybe next time i will choose another hotel, not recommended☹️

Very nice hotel with lots of fancy features to impress you on arrival!
Restaurants in the ****** were surprisingly not too expensive but most needed bookings for dinner. Walk to Broadbeach & Pac Fair. Car parking was easy but no need for the car as everything is on your doorstep.
Room service from restaurants & bar is great too!
We look forward to staying again in the Summer!! .

Hotel and location is awesome. We will like to visit again . Probably this is our 3rd stay in the same hotel. Food are amazing and ****** is my favourite. Love it and will visit again for sure.

Great Location, Beautiful place to stay and attached to the ****** which has some great restaurants and easy walking to Broadbeach and pac fair! The buffet breakfast was amazing

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dorsett. The front desk, in particular, Don, the "con"ciege was fantastic to deal with. Just the little things like having complimentary bottled water available was great. Would have been great to have a robe to the pool area but the pool was great nonetheless. There weren't any of those lounge seats in the water like one of the photos showed but kids still enjoyed the pool. Great location with Pacific Fair across the road and access to the Star Hotel/ ****** was great too
