Adorable little home away from home. Walking distance to the harbour, on site parking and the loveliest, light and airy interior. Cosy and comfortable room, lovely and clean with hosts who go above and beyond to help you. Amazing selection for breakfast all cooked beautifully. Really enjoyed my stay, especially the tranquil retreat out back with hot tub and sauna.

Linda and Joe were friendly, informative and nothing was too much trouble. The guesthouse is warm, clean and has everything you need, if you can't find it ask and they will get it for you. Their attention to detail is 5 star. If you have plans for the day but are not 100% sure, tell them what your planning and they will help you improve your day. They are a short walk into the harbour, you have ample parking and the garden is lovely to spend the evening in with a beverage and some nibbles. We will be back

Really comfortable and friendly stay. The owners go out of their way to make sure your stay is everything it needs to be. Very knowledgeable about all the local attractions and restaurants. The breakfast is first class and the menu very varied, every taste and option is catered for. I cannot recommend this b&b enough. Walking distance to town and harbour, Brixham has everything a holiday or a break needs.

We came across Brookside by chance as we were looking to visit Brixham and thought we'd try a B&B rather than a hotel or AirBnB, and we are so glad that we did. Linda and Joe were great hosts - welcoming (complete with tea and cake - always a winner!) and knowledgeable. The room was nicely furnished, and the bed was very comfy. The real highlight was breakfast! A wide selection and really good quality produce, breakfast felt like a real treat each morning. We honestly couldn't recommend Brookside enough, and I'm sure we'll be going back.

Could not fault this guest house in anyway Joe and Linda were very welcoming. Very clean and tidy excellent food. Lots of information given to us on some of the history of Brixham and places where to go to eat.

Me & my husband always stay at Brookside with Linda & Jo: they are excellent hosts with plenty of local knowledge. The B&B is spotlessly clean with lovely soft furnishings etc. There is a small fridge in the rooms which is handy for beer & the small bottle of fresh milk provided. There is plenty of off road parking at the B&B. Breakfast is fab make your choice the night before so nice & fresh in the morning. The garden is lovely with plenty of tables & chairs to sit out. This really is a 5 star B&B from all aspects & we wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Brixham. Linda & Jo are the perfect hosts & such a delightful couple who do go the extra mile & a half for their guests. Perfect in every way!! Thanks again for our stay in Sept.
