Brookside Guest House & Mini Spa

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at this guest house, and we've already booked our 4th stay! This time, we were in room 3, which is a super suite... very comfortable! Breakfast, as usual, was top-notch. On our final morning, I tried one of Linda & Joe's new offerings, Overnight Oats with blueberries, lemon zest & honey... yummy!! Highly recommended!

Rooms were lovely. We stayed in the premium suite. It was very clean and incredibly well equipped. There was even a fridge providing fresh milk and waterin the room. The attention to detail was fantastic. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a very wide choice. Off street parking was also very useful and just a 15 minute stroll into the centre so good location. We would highly recommend this guest house and hope to return.

I’m not sure you would be able to find a more comfortable or accommodating guest house in Brixham. The owners, Joe and Linda, were excellent first class generous hosts of this top property which was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious with an excellent choice of ingredients. A short walk, or hopping on the No12 bus, took us to the harbour where we had evening meals at a number of establishments recommended on the very useful list sent by Joe and Linda prior to our visit. A lovely bonus was to be able to use the hot tub in the lovely garden. Unfortunately we were only booked for a 3 day stay but can’t wait to return.

Attention to detail is exceptional. Breakfast menu is extensive and the quality of ingredients and cooking is fantastic. The hosts can't do enough for you. There is nothing you can think of that isn't provided. Quality bedding, toiletries and a selectikn if tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. There's a mini fridge and bottled water is available. There is also a water machine located in the hall way, so you can refill your bottle as needed. It really is a luxury experience and we've already booked our next stay! My sister uses a mobility scooter and the hosts ensured that we could get it into the building. Easy parking, regular buses into town. A vast list of restaurants and amenities was provided prior to our visit. This enabled us to pre book during a bush weekend. Highly recommend 👌🏾

Amazing stay at brookside. The hosts were very accommodating and the breakfasts were incredible. The location is ideal for day trips out to any of the nearby towns of Paignton and Torquay and only a 5 mins walk down to the harbor. lots of really good restaurant recommendations from the host as well

Great Bed and Breakfast in Brixham definitely the best one in Brixham! Linda and Joe the owners were lovely and very welcoming and made us feel very at home. The award winning breakfasts lived up to its' reputation and the sauna and hot tub were both brilliant.
