We stumbled upon Santre online and saw that this hotel just opened. We decided to take a risk, not knowing how it would be. This was by far the best decision of our trip. The facilities were incredible, the food and the service were perfect. It’s the best spa we’ve been to in Europe. The rooms and mattresses were extremely comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. Alex, the tour guide, was awesome and it was a pleasure to explore the outdoors with him. The hotel was fully booked when we stayed but it still felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.

Lovely designed place with many special surprises. The rooftop restaurant and bar offers exceptional food and drinks combined with an amazing view over the valley. The spa area provides enough space for relax and chill out. Cheers to all the staff members, you have done an incredible job. This is really the Place2Be.

Great hotel with really good quality services and best rooms/ spa! The personal was really friendly and approchabele each time. Great activities organized by the hotel! We also had a schuttle bus that brought us to the sky station and a sky pass included at Plose. The food was delicious and the atmosphere of the restaurant/ bar was lovely!

We had great time there , love our private sauna & jacuzzi. The sound isolation of the room is a big plus also , so quiet and relaxing atmosphere . The restaurant also offered a vegan menu, so was a big plus for us as vegan couple.

I loved everything about the hotel, honestly its one of the best hotel and in my opinion it deserves the 5 star hotel not the 4 star at all - Hotel owners are very friendly, cheerful, hospitable, held and welcoming - View of the hotel & rooms are so beautiful which makes it peaceful and relaxing - Attention to details in everything - Ski area is near the hotel - Food quality were just wow with their chefs which makes it such a fine dining and they are so flexible with the food options in case someone did not like what’s in the menu especially for the Muslims make sure to inform them that your food should not contains alcohol or pork and they will change the dish for you with no hesitation - Activities in hotels such as board games, swimming, hiking, sauna, cycling and more

We stayed here for 2 nights in June -2023 the hotel was very clean with modern interiors and amenities . The food was delicious and lot of options to choose from. Bring a vegetarian we did not face any issue. The only thing we felt was the staff was not very welcoming and in the end they messed up our final bill and added a lots of extra items in our bill which we did not use. The issue was resolved in the end. For the next time I would rather book other hotel in the area for the price we paid.

Make no mistake, in many ways this hotel is the epitome of luxury. Spa Modern, super clean, quiet and not overly crowded. The large jacuzzi and infinity pool overlooking the Alps were incredible, albeit the pool could be a little bigger. Food The breakfast was good with a decent selection of meats and a choice of egg dishes, although the cereals were very sugary. We did have to wait a couple of times for a table and there were limited places outside. The dining room was fantastic and most of the food was of a high standard, although there were some dishes that were a little 'confused' where we felt that they were trying to be too clever and some dishes had very small portions of meat. Service Generally outstanding. For the first three nights we were served by Frederica and I can honestly say, she was the best waitress I've encountered at any hotel. She clearly has a real gift in terms of hospitality, being incredibly helpful, happy and attentive. She had a day off on our final day and things were not quite as efficient. Drinks/Bar I tried a Pina Colada, which was excellent. On the last night we were there, a pianist was playing so the bar was slightly more busier than the previous three nights. Service was a little on the slow side and despite one of the Managers being present in the bar at one point, there seemed to be only one girl serving. They have an extensive wine list and all of the reds I drank were solid enough, although as you would expect, they are marked up considerably from the usual retail prices. I took part in the wine tasting. Definitely worthwhile doing it. The host (one of the three brothers who run the hotel), was very knowledgeable and the wines tried were all of a good quality as was the prosciutto. Ambience/Location/Room Absolutely fantastic setting, the decor was beautiful and the hotel nice and quiet. The room was perfect, although the window bed was rock hard. Cannot fault it. Missing Clothes I tend to leave packing to the last minute so did not realise until I arrived back to the UK that an expensive Gant hooded top, two t-shirts, swim shorts and a Garmin charger were all missing. They were most definitely there, as both my partner and I saw them in the case and one of the t-shirts I had worn. The charger was plugged in and we simply forgot it. I contacted the reception via email and was told that they had nothing handed in by the cleaners, nor did they have any cameras or other information they could access on who entered the room. It's slightly worrying that this happens in a hotel such as this one. No offer of recompense and short, rather dismissive emails suggesting 'have you checked at home'. A very disappointing end to four nights in a lovely hotel and area generally. Make sure you lock/check your suitcases.
