Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The amenities and services were outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The hotel environment was beautiful and peaceful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The lake view room overlooks someone else's roof, the air conditioner is old and keeps making noises. I couldn't sleep at all in the middle of the night, and the upstairs started to be renovated at 9 am.
The service attitude is good, but there are many unreasonable and rigid charges. A "hot spring fee" of $35 is required for check-in, and parking is $39. Because I brought a dog, I was charged an extra $100 "cleaning fee" (normal hotel $30)
Overall, it is old, the doors are close to each other, and the sound insulation is poor. I will not stay here again

We stayed in a 4-person room with sea view including breakfast. The hotel has good seats and there are many restaurants nearby. It is very convenient. The lake view outside is very beautiful. Their swimming pool facilities are not bad, but they are a little shallower. There is one in the lobby on the first floor. Free snacks and drinks are available.
