Best location for shopping and travelling by short walking distance. The bedsheet and pillows very very clean with freshness. I like the biscuits especially the ginger nuts. The ladies from the housekeeping are friendly and done their best to keep our room clean.

The location of the hotel is superb. It’s 5 minutes from Cabot Circus and 15-20 minute walk to the old city. I would recommend to stay here for that. The service was also good and the receptionists were accommodating.
A downside for me is that I didn’t have WiFi in my room and when I was ringing the concierge, no one answered the phone.
The hotel has a gym with complete equipment. Well maintained and clean; however, it’s COLD inside. During cold weather, maybe they should put some kind of heating just to warm the space up.

A very nice experience, staff friendly and room clean. Food a bit disappointing not everyone likes curries etc but we managed just with soup.
For the best of Bristol old and new, stay at Premier Inn Bristol City Centre (Lewins Mead). Nice room, very clean and bathroom was nice and clean too. Location is good with a bus stop just outside which takes you to the centre but also is very quick to walk

The hotels rejuvenated interior draws inspiration from both the city independent art scene and the buildings rich historic past; creating a classic, yet contemporary, finish. Centrally located. Beautiful old building, with rather strange modern/industrial trusts in rooms. Regular double room was rather tight on space. Bathroom large and great shower. Bit chilly in the evening, an electric heater was provided but did not work. I discovered later that none of the (10!!) plug sockets in the room worked.

I have stayed in this hotel twice, and I changed hotels once, but I still feel that this place is very quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It is very convenient to go everywhere. It is very good and the location is good. It is in the center of the city. It is a five-minute walk from the bus station. The room Clean, fully equipped, with hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, no other toiletries and slippers, breakfast is good

SsandraThis was absolutely a great hotel with great location. Excellent services , you must take the breakfast if you stay there. Highly recommend for family trip and business. Close to all facilities.. will book again whenever I go there .
GGuest UserCame by bus because the train were cancelled on Friday so I got in early easy to find this hotel really nice front desk pepole let me check in early after a stress full travel clean room nice temperature very clean free wi fi had a drink at a very nice bar good seating area in the bar didn't try the restaurant but it loo inviting over all good stay
LLiverpoolKopLocation is good. Takes 15 minutes to get to the station and 5 minutes to go to the city centre.
Looks old building but reception area was fine. Room was just okay and tiny. There is a drawer under TV but it hasn’t closed at all. It kept opening. Also I left message about allocating nice view due to special occasion but they didn’t read and they gave terrible view room. Was really disappointed. Toilet is also tiny when I showered the water has been came out all the time. I don’t think it is 4 star hotel…
AAnonymous UserThe location is convenient, so I chose to stay again. This time I stayed for two days because of a temporary turnaround. I arrived in the early morning, and the check-in was convenient. The front desk was friendly and helped me get a taxi. The only problem was that the seagulls were noisy in the morning.
GGuest UserGreat location, a couple of minutes walk to Bristol departures/arrivals. The check-in and check-out was easy and the staff were very friendly and polite. The amenities in the room was fine. Most hotels these days do decaffeinated tea & coffee and even a range of herbal teas or hot chocolate which I was surprised to find was not an option in the room, just English breakfast tea and regukar nescaffe sachets. The room was really nice, very clean and comfortable, big enough for the suitcases as well. We didn't have hot water for the shower which was a shame. We were in a rush to check-in for our flight so didn't bring it to the attention of the staff. The breakfast had a good range of options, sweet, savoury & healthy. We would stay again for any night-time/early morning flights.
RRachelThe youth hostel is friendly, great kitchen facilities, clean and all equipment needed. Hostel dorm was clean, spacious and great view of Bristol harbour. Highly recommend, cheap and cheerful stay in a great location
Lladyshire22The hotel is perfectly situated in Bristol and everything in walking distance or scooter if you wish.
Rooms very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a harbour view room which has fab views. I would imagine there isn't a bad view from the Radisson. The hotel will validate your parking if using Nelson St ncp which gives £5 off. Please note that its also £9 per day if your vehicle travels within the new CAZ restrictions. Either pay beforehand or up to 6 days later or face a fine! Or park out of city and park and ride in or train. Also NCP parking is not the cheapest either, again check all extra charges before travelling to Bristol.
GGuest UserWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy. The hotel staff is of high quality and their work is warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is very good. It is just during the renovation period and it is very noisy during the day.
GGuest UserIt was a nice hotel on the whole, but the room had water/damp stains on the wall and could have been cleaned better (few hairs and dust etc). Staff were all very friendly and the facilities were average, as you would expect from a budget hotel.
