Premier Inn Bristol City Centre (Finzels Reach)

Conveniently located between Temple Meads and the centre, in a new development area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful.

The location is good and convenience.

Good location - we were here for Harbour Festival, so very convenient. Also good value. Nice size rooms; very comfortable and quiet - not disturbed at all. One evening just wanted drinks, but all signs around the restaurant and bar state 'wait to be seated', when we could have just walked up to the bar, as we were subsequently told. Would be nice to sort out. Very pleasant staff. Would be very happy to return.

A review of a premium room that was £450 for two nights. No socket in the bathroom, so my electric toothbrush died after one use (battery was low) and I couldn’t charge it. One bath towel and one hand towel and no hair towel. Looks like people don’t need towels for drying their hair or should just use one for everything? A universal hair/body wash that is sticky and difficult to rinse from the skin. How about just putting out a body wash and a shampoo and not two kinds of that sticky thing? Broadband is crap. If you want a decent connection you need to pay extra so I was working using my phone hot spot. Carpet with stains, no hangers for skirts or trousers. Had to hang my work trousers over a chair so they don’t wrinkle. Bathroom has no ventilation whatsoever and after five minutes of hot shower the moisture is dripping on your head and slides down the walls, so the toilet roll attached to the wall got soaked. Towels not washed properly and so full of fluff I spent 10min trying to get rid of it from my skin. This is a very expensive rate for a very poor experience. I will stick to other brands going forward

A Premier Inn exactly as you'd expect with friendly helpful staff especially Kurt. Room was lovely and clean, breakfast plentiful, hot with plenty of space in dining room. Convenient location being easy walk to Cabot Circus, City Centre and Temple Meads.

Great hotel and location and lovely staff. Kurt Lopez was able to find my daughters lost AirPods for us and return these to us, we were so thankful. Thanks again!
