Premier Inn Bristol City Centre (Finzels Reach)

Conveniently located between Temple Meads and the centre, in a new development area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful.

The location is good and convenience.

Lovely! Great hotel! Brilliant price! No parking on site - but plenty of info online about parking close by. We booked a parking space that was literally a 2 min walk away and paid £10.66 for 24 hours! Bargain! All the staff were delightful. Comfy! Clean! Quiet! Great breakfast! What more do you want?

I know I’ll always have a comfortable stay at the Premier Inn. The Finzels Reach location was convenient and well run. The staff, in particular Liam and Kurt and the cook at breakfast who made and served me porridge, were attentive and helpful. The bed was top drawer, the pillows super, the shower strong and hot enough and everything was clean and in good working order. The only issue I had was figuring out how to get a staff person to help me at the front desk. The sign said to press a button on the checkin screen but there was none. You needed to press a button on a white box on the front desk, it was not obvious. The dinner and breakfast package puts this place over the top for me. After a long journey it’s very nice to have a good meal available on premises. The food is reliably good.

I stayed at Bristol Finzels Reach for 18 months with work, probably the best long term stay I've ever had at a Hotel. Rooms were great, heard little to no noise i.e. doors slamming, food was great but by far the best bit was the staff. Credit to all the team at Finzels Reach they were brilliant, nothing was to much for them, check in was easy, restaurant service brilliant. But the biggest thank you goes to Sammie, she was next level, could not do enough for you, always there for a good chat and a laugh brightened up my day, and genuinely made you feel at home a true ⭐. My daughter and I stayed for one night . The hotel is in a fantastic location, a short walk from Temple Meads and a short walk to the O2 academy. The staff were all superb, friendly and welcoming. The room on the third floor was quiet and very clean. I must say that the breakfast was outstanding, one of the best I’ve ever eaten in this type of hotel. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious and fresh. Would definitely stay again.
