Travelodge Bristol Central Mitchell Lane

The Superroom is not super. It is low Average. Small and plastic feeling. Having stayed in a Hampton by Hilton elsewhere earlier in the week, FOR LESS MONEY, the standard of fixtures and fittings was poor. There is no lock on the toilet door.. The sink is clearly partially blocked. The shower was feeble although easily adjustable for temperature. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The room was very warm and whilst we were grateful to have a tower fan provided, AC would make much sense, particularly For a room facing the sun. Whilst mugs were provided there were no glasses for water. First time EVER to experience this. The Lavazza coffee machine in the room had instructions for use but these were for a different model, the cups provided for use with the machine were not really compatible and more than once the cup fell from the platform The staff were delightful and helpful. In the restaurant the proper coffee machine was broken and the alternative, for which we were initially charged, was truly horrible. We rejected this coffee and were refunded in full. The entire building is too warm for a summer heating setting. Very uncomfortable. The bar/cafe/breakfast room was clean but with no daylight at all it felt like eating in a bunker.

I had a great experience with Ankit’s services during my stay. He was professional, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. His attention to detail made my visit smooth and comfortable. The hotel, Travelodge, was also very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job in keeping the rooms tidy and fresh every day. I truly appreciate the high standards of cleanliness and the warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend staying here and reaching out to Ankit for any assistance.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a significant part of that was thanks to Diksha at the reception. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. She handled the check-in process smoothly and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Diksha’s attention to detail and her courteous demeanor truly stood out. She offered helpful recommendations about the local area and made sure all my requests were promptly addressed. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction.

It’s was what you would expect for the price and for a Travelodge! Clean and ok, staff nice. Great location for Bristol centre!

The staff were extremely helpful and polite with exceptions of Young lady Rachel as her service to all guests goes over and beyond all others staff .her mannerisms and politeness goes beyond what is required from her as a employee within the Travelodge Mitchell lane hotel 10 out of 10 service
