The location was convenient and the room was large. The hotel definitely not clean. Elements of Victorian type danger in the room as evidenced in the picture.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, great helpful staff, a clean and spacious room, comfortable, with great services in the hotel. Great location, when I'm next back to Bristol it will be the obvious choice!

The overall environment is okay, but the day we arrived in Bristol was very hot, the air conditioner in the room was broken, the reception said that there was a problem with the system that day, the air conditioner in the whole building was like this (although the front lobby was very cool) and there were no vacancies swap. The windows of the room were sealed and the whole room was stuffy and hot. We reported this to the staff three times and no one offered any resolution or compensation. It wasn't until I knew my friend's double room had a fan that I asked the staff if they could provide us with a fan, only to be told that the quadruple room could share a fan. The quilt was thick and the room was very hot. I slept all night covered with a towel! So we had a very bad night. This is not at all what this hotel should be. I will not book to stay at this hotel in the future.

Room had mould around the windows no smart tv dirty towel on the back of the door. Very dark feel, outdated and not inviting at all.
