Misleading leading filthy linens, bugs, loud parties, and bad parking. Not worth the money. Leaking faucets, broken toilet paper holder no on-site parking.

AWESOME Service and Accommodations! My wife and I come here regularly to celebrate her Birthday and have always had an amazing time. This is one of our favorite places to stay and experience great service, supper views and awesome food.

While the Bristol Harbor Inn is in a beautiful location, that’s about the only positive I can offer. The rooms are extremely small, but the real issue—and why I’m writing this review—is far more serious. We stayed here recently and discovered something absolutely revolting. Like many hotels, they use that middle comforter sandwiched between two sheets to give the illusion of cleanliness. However, in the morning, my husband opened his eyes to find what appeared to be either blood or fecal matter on that middle comforter—inches from his face. This was not a small stain and made it painfully obvious that the bedding had not been properly laundered between guests. It was a complete biohazard and made us feel sick. We checked out immediately rather than spend another moment there. I alerted the front desk via text (as they had texted us the night before), but received no response. When I physically went to the front desk to report this disgusting find, the young woman there said she gave us a “slight discount.” That “slight discount” turned out to be $28.98 off a $325 stay—an insult considering the health risk and the fact that we didn’t even stay for the full duration. I followed up with a phone call a few days later asking to speak to a manager—none was available at 9:30 AM on a Wednesday. The same front desk clerk answered and informed me that no additional adjustments could be made. This experience was deeply unsettling, and it’s clear the hotel either doesn’t take cleanliness seriously or doesn’t train their staff properly. If you’re planning to stay here, I strongly urge you to inspect the bed thoroughly—pull it apart and check every layer. No one should ever have to wake up to another guest’s bodily fluids.

This is a very nice small hotel/boutique located right on the harbor of Bristol, Rhode Island. We were there for the bike path which practically runs into the lobby! The hotel itself was great. The rooms were nice modern and well appointed. The service was great and Bristol itself is a cute little town with lots of restaurants, and other fun shopping. We spent the day after biking walking around town and stopped at nearby Newport RI for a walk along the water before heading home.

Spent one night here at this very convenient location to the East Bay Bike Trail. The room was clean and comfortable with a king size bed and plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Walkable to many restaurants with water views and local ice cream shops! Bike rental are steps away from the hotel or bring your own! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and even suggested that we could bring our bikes to our room for the night instead of leaving them in the car. We will definitely return to this lovely town and this hotel in the future.

The Inn is located on the water in the historic part of Bristol. Everything seemed recently updated, very nicely decorated, clean and fresh. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is not what it used to be. The price is too high to justify it and repairs and maintenance are being ignored. Parking is a nightmare.

Room was clean and pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights for my daughter's wedding. We had several friends and family there and they were happy as well. Great location - easy walk to many places.
