Historic Downtown Bristol Apartment

Perfect location for a wedding across the street at Linden Place. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. The rooms are large with plenty of space to gather and a nice large deck out back, although the deck surrounding is a bit industrial with large fans from the cafe below. That same cafe has a great breakfast and coffee menu, so highly recommend. It can get quite noisy as the location is amid the hustle of the town and next to the Post Office so the sound of mail carriers rolling large mailcarts from the building to their vehicles out back is louder than anyone would expect early in the am. Plan to sleep in eye masks if light bothers you because the lights surrounding the area are bright all night and the plastic mini blinds provide privacy but don’t block the light. Top rating for location, ample space and cleanliness!

Excellent location! The deck is perfect for coffee or cocktails with a view of the water. There is some street noice so put the light sleepers in the back of the apartment, but overall the size and space is ideal for a large group.

We stayed here for graduation weekend and it was the perfect location. We were close to all of the restaurants, shops and Roger Williams University. In the mornings we were able to walk to the coffee shops then sit by the water to take in the scenic views. It was a great weekend!

Quaint town, wonderful cafe below, walkable to many restaurants. The manager, Berta was very responsive and nice.

Home is exactly as pictured, beautiful little home with lots of space. Very convenient location, everything is walking distance. The only complaint I had was that the walls seemed to be paper thin and could hear everything going on outside from all the rooms.

The photos don't do this property justice! Eight of us travelled to RI for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Just a couple of minutes walking distance from the venue, right above a cafe with delicious food & the most friendly staff. The apartment and deck were both much bigger than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Eight of us adults all fit very comfortably. The host, Berta, was very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond anytime I reached out. We would absolutely return here.

Amazing experience. Stay for two nights with friends. Host had great communication. Accommodated us for everything we needed. Place is clean and perfectly located in downtown area. Cafe below is a must try!! Highly recommend

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while we were visiting Bristol for our son's wedding. Wonderful location (in the heart of everything), we could walk to everything. Plenty of space, great communication from Berta (you were so kind). We hope to be back to get to know Bristol more now that we discovered it....what a NE charm!
