Very pleasant hotel situated in the heart of the city, boasting an excellent breakfast and incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The room design is charming, and the added perk of a TV connected to Netflix enhances the stay. However, my experience was slightly tarnished when I discovered a large garbage bag left behind by housekeeping. Although they apologized for the oversight, it was a disappointment amidst an otherwise delightful stay.

This is a fresh, and youthful urban hotel, reasonably priced, centrally located hotel in the CBD and the Casino at Queenswharf, and within walking distance to many popular locations including Queens St pedestrian mall, Southbank and the Botanic Gardens. You can also hop on the ferry from North Quay to many stops along the scenic Brisbane River with views of Story Bridge and connections to Howard Smith Wharves and Fortitude Valley.

I loved the Brisbane Hyatt. I ended up spending four more nights there and it just couldn’t get enough. It was centrally located. I was able to get around town very easily. I was able to walk over to the wonderful Parkland lake where the big party is in the middle of town where everybody’s at the beach and playing volleyball having fun The food was exceptional. The service was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was modern and clean and eco-friendly so all in all I was quite impressed and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. Thank you very much! I’m a big fan.

I forgot to book my breakfast and it is quite costly (A$42) for walk-in. I don’t know I have another choice till I reached Melbourne Novotel Hotel. Trip.com is very helpful that helps me contact the hotel and lower my charges in breakfast. It is too late to know that! I paid $42 for my breakfast. 😢

I dont feel like its a 4/5 star hotel, old building and very small bath room, services were ok, the staffs were not professional enough! Just a simple question about breakfast buffet but had to ask 2 people to confirm and even they were not quite sure about it!

Finally, after my talk at the front desk last night, I got a room with a balcony today. Actually, several rooms share a balcony, but I finally got rid of the sealed double-glazed ** yesterday, which is rare. Some rooms on the balcony have no smoking signs, while others don’t. I don’t know what they think. The toilet is the first time I have seen it in Fu Village. I used it in Kyoto, but it doesn’t spray water and is useless. The manager came to see it and changed the battery, but it didn’t work. He could only say that someone would come to fix it tomorrow, but no one came when I checked out. The manager is still very dedicated. He sat on the toilet and tried again and again. I really worry about his suit. I personally tested that the balcony door cannot be opened from the outside after it is closed. Remember to bring your mobile phone when the wind is strong on the balcony, otherwise the whole balcony will be a stage for performing and calling for help.

Classic hotel
The view on story bridge is wonderful
The harbor is under little construction, but still a great walk just outside of the hotel.
Very close to all the main spot in the city, great restaurants near by.
Recommended for ppl who would enjoy classic and historical type of stay.

Booked 2 bedroom apartment but was given 3 bedrooms instead. King size bed and single bedded rooms have windows, queen size bed without windows. All rooms have air conditioning. Room allocated didnt have a proper dining area, had 3 bar chairs with a small area. Took turns to have our meals. Sofa was great with recliners but too small for family of 4. Bread toaster and all appliances were clean and in order. Short walk to Botanic gardens, Queen Street mall and we were able to walk to South Bank. Free Cityhopper ferries at Riverside Terminal which is within walking distance too. Encountered an usual foggy morning and a fascinating view!
Overall a great stay!

PPolka13This is a perfect hotel if you want to stay in Brisbane city center! The room was huge (apartment style) and fits until 4 people (the sofa bed was queen sized). The view was wonderful and BEST location with that price. Next to the hotel was convenience stores, and near Queenstreet mall as well.
The heater didn't work at the first night, while the weather was 12°C. But the next day it worked, just not warm enough for us asians 😅, still 24-25°C. Good enough.
Breakfast was great, but we expected it to be a buffet breakfast, turned out it was a la carte style.
The staff were very kind to let me and my elderly parents check in early at around 12 PM, after 4 hours standing at the airport due to some problems.
Overall, very nice experience.

AAngelPonceHotel operations vary in size, function, complexity, and cost. Most hotels and major hospitality companies have set industry standards to classify hotel types. An upscale full-service hotel facility offers luxury amenities, full-service accommodations, an on-site restaurant, and the highest level of personalized service, such as a concierge, room service, and clothes-ironing staff. Full-service hotels often contain upscale full-service facilities with many full-service accommodations, an on-site full-service restaurant, and a variety of on-site amenities. Boutique hotels are smaller independent, non-branded hotels that often contain upscale facilities. Small to medium-sized hotel establishments offer a limited amount of on-site amenities. Economy hotels are small to medium-sized hotel establishments that offer basic accommodations with little to no services. Extended stay hotels are small to medium-sized hotels that offer longer-term full-service accommodations compared to a traditional hotel.

DDarren611The hotel is just about okay. I feel like they are trying to hard to be a good hotel but are falling really short. It’s easy to get to the airport from here but after staying in numerous hotels in Australia over the past couple of weeks, this one is definitely at the bottom of my list.

Very Good
FfigoIn the city center, the location is very convenient, especially when going to Story Bridge, just turn left when you go out. There are many delicious food around. The breakfast was great and the homemade freshly squeezed juices were outstanding. The price/performance ratio is not high, nearly 3000rmb, which is outrageous. It is far behind the standard domestic hotels.

FFEIFor breakfast, they cooperated with another restaurant. The environment is very good and the choices are abundant. For accommodation, we are on the 8th floor, just in time to catch upstairs to repair the subway, it is quite noisy.

CCarriecltVery satisfied stay, the room was large and the view from the window was beautiful
It arrived at 12 o'clock on the day of check-in, but it was necessary to check in at 2 o'clock. Four of us booked two rooms. The front desk also gave us a room.
From the hotel, walk to Queen Street for about 15 minutes. The opposite side of the hotel is the cruise ship pier. From here you can take a boat to Longbai Zoo
If next time, definitely stay again

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the middle of the city, very convenient, the room is old, the bathroom is very small, but the service is very good, we arrived at 11 o'clock on the first day, we tried to see if we could check in early, I didn't expect the front desk clerk to ask anything, so I directly checked in for us. The hotel does not have a buffet breakfast, but the hotel has a small bar. It is there to eat in the morning. I order it myself. This small bar is on the side of the road, so they are open to the outside world. It is quite good. It is better than the package buffet. It is cheap and what you want to eat.
