Excellent location and good value for money although nothing gorgeous. Standard one bedroom apar**ent right around the corner of busy CBD, not noisy at all. Bedroom curtains were not 100% against the wall so the light could come in early morning and woke you up if you are a light sleeper.

1、提醒自駕的客人，這家酒店房費不含停車費，酒店配有地下停車場，如需停車要另交AUD40元一天的停車費；這次沒有停車查信用卡發現扣了停車費，退房當天電話與酒店溝通，酒店答應退款。
2、退房時間與大多數本地酒店一樣是早上10點。

非常差的旅行選擇，每天晚上都在床附近發現好多臭蟲，爬在枕頭、被單上，向酒店反饋後，前台衹給了殺蟲劑，説沒有其他房間。三天幾乎沒睡覺，第三晚半夜找另一個工作人員換了房間才睡了幾小時。前台服務態度不錯，但是酒店衞生太差了！

這個酒店位置在市中心，距離 Queen Street 步行距離幾分鐘，逛街方便，但是主要景點南岸公園、袋鼠角等都在南岸，步行要 2-3 公里。
酒店前台人員很友好，check in 有點繁瑣，還需要填表，check out 很快速，房卡給前台或投到一個小盒子裏就行。
缺點：1. 房間雖然是兩房，但衞生間衹有一個，臉盆枱麪很小，東西放不下。2. 酒店裝修多年了，設施很舊，電視機、馬桶、洗衣機、烘乾機等都很舊，看上去像是 20 多年前的。因為舊，似乎也不是那麼乾淨，尤其是布沙發，已經起球了，看上去有點臟。整體比圖片上要陳舊很多。
