Terrible Stay. Avoid stay here.
1. Customer service only until 8pm
2. Bed has a lot of dust
3. Vacuum cleaner FULL of dust
4. I was charged a fine for the toilet cover which was already broken when I checked in (AUD250 for toilet cover is OVERCHARGE OMG!!!!)
5. I was charged a fine for Door for Strecth (AUD250 for something everyone not notice, OMG)
6. No one responded to the complaint email (until this review was written)
After this incident I looked back at the reviews of this apartment and many were given similar fines

Not a 4.5 star room, security camera on the balcony wall, bolts falling off patio chair, duct tape around sliding door Into main bedroom so we wouldn’t use it, as we didn’t know what was wrong.

This Quest has always been a lovely experience. The rooms are wonderful size. Great views and so convenient to everything. Staff have always been so friendly and helpful. Definately stay here again if its available
