The common areas, hallways, reception and lounges are not heated and were very cold.
The food and bar areas were often let out to outside groups and closed to hotel visitors.
Altogether not a good experience.

A credit card deposit is required for check-in, fearing that you will eat and drink the food and beverages in the mini bar, which is understandable.
