I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was quite disappointed. The staff were not very friendly during check-in, which didn’t make for a good first impression. What was even more surprising was the lack of housekeeping—no one cleaned the room, and the bath towels were never changed. The only positives were the convenient location and the fully equipped kitchen.

Serviced Apartment pool is good.
Views are nice as we stayed on the higher floor.
Location is perfect,just near train station.

Strategic Location, walking distance to Roma Train Station and city centre.
Room is clean just the building is getting old and lack of maintenance, is not as nice as my stay 10 years back.
Get a low level unit, so no much view from my room, only can see construction side of the Building beside.

The front desk staff helpfulness especially Ms.Heema is exemplary.The suite is very clean and bed is very comfortable. Would suggest to have floor carpeted or provide room slippers for extra comfort. All in all ...a very pleasant stay. Excellent staff.
