This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was just as good as the first. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are consistently professional. I had a really enjoyable stay and will likely book here again next time. There is also pool access right next door at the west inn. Really nice experience

The hotel staff at the location are very friendly and attentive to our needs. The location is great and only 5 mins walk away from major attractions such as the Botanical Gardens and Queen Street Mall. Would totally recommend!
