It's a great apartment-style hotel in the heart of Brisbane. I wonder if there are other floors that aren't used as hotels, but I saw several people with large dogs walking in and out of the lobby. The kitchen is also quite well-equipped with an oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, cutlery, pots, pans, and more—perfect for making your own meals!

This is a hotel that disappointed me terribly. The service, facilities, hygiene and other aspects are far from meeting the basic standards. After staying in so many hotels, this is the first time that I want to write a serious review to let other guests avoid thunder! The following is my specific experience of this stay: Poor service The entire hotel lacks basic service support, and there is no available phone or other way to contact the front desk. If you have any needs, including simple items such as napkins, you need to take the elevator to the front desk dozens of floors away to get them. There is no cleaning service in the room, but there is no trash can available in any public area. After staying for a few days, all the garbage and food residues can only be piled in the room. There are no maintenance staff or cleaners in the hotel to contact. The air conditioning system cannot be used normally. When it is turned on, the room is first filled with dust, and then tripped. No staff came to repair it all night. After the front desk staff arrived in the room, they actually asked me if I really needed air conditioning because she thought the room was very hot? (It was the end of June in Australia, which is equivalent to winter in China). The staff was unable to repair the air conditioning. After some processing, the air conditioning could only be adjusted to 21 degrees and would automatically trip. The final "solution" was to let us wait, but it was never solved, so we were frozen for a few days. Serious hygiene issues The room hygiene conditions are extremely poor, and floating dust is a piece of cake. After lifting the bed sheet, it was found that there were obvious menstrual blood stains on the bed sheet, which was obviously left by the previous guest. The cleaners in the hotel do not seem to be formal employees hired by the hotel, but temporary recruits from outside. They do not even have uniform work clothes. They casually hold the linens to be replaced and put them on the ground casually, and it is impossible to determine whether these items have been disinfected. There is a lot of dust in the room, and the basic supplies provided by the hotel are also seriously insufficient. For example, a room for four people only has two sets of toothbrushes and slippers. Infrastructure issues The elevator signs are unclear, and it is completely impossible to identify which floor leads to the ground. Many floors are still under construction. Other guests have also reported similar problems. On some floors, you can see obvious exposed wires. Although the front desk emphasized that the hotel has only been open for six weeks, the overall hotel's hardware and software facilities are obviously not ready. Even if the facilities are complete, the service and facility level of the hotel can only meet the standards of domestic three-star hotels, and the cost performance is extremely low. If you just want to see the night view, you can choose other hotels with almost the same geographical location. This hotel is far from the standard in all aspects, and the lack of service and facilities is extremely disappointing. If Ctrip has a zero score, I will definitely give it a zero score! Please avoid it!
