Location is quite convenient as it is close to Queen Plaza, Queen Street Mall, and the bus station. The staff is friendly and supportive. Check-in and check-out are fast and efficient. The room is spacious. The windows give us a view of both "The Wheel of Brisbane" and "Brisbane river"

Good hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Basically like a studio. With microwave, kettle, cutlery and fridge. Water pressure is nice.

Large room, has sofa & open concept kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven, stove , plates, pan etc. It had a washing machine (and laundry liquid provided) & also a clothes dryer which was really convenient. Location is really good, right in the city centre, near many restaurants, shops, supermarkets. No breakfast buffet , it was a takeaway breakfast box (with a small croissant, orange drink, apple). Breakfast is not recommended - buy food outside which is more convenient & tastes better.

We enjoyed the spacious and very clean 2 bedroom adjoining room during our stay. We experienced an issue with water pressure and lack of hot water in one of the rooms but we managed to work around this as the second room had a bathroom. Overall a good stay and we would consider coming to stay again in the future.

Nice room, excellent location (just a few minutes walk to the ferry cat), all very good. I was going to give an all 5 star review, but then on the fourth day the internet was down for a few hours and (must have been coincidence) there was no hot water in the shower. When addressing the reception staff about this, I got nothing more than a ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ 🙁 Then the next day I asked for a late checkout, they said it’s 40 per extra hour. 😤

Very good hotel. The staff are very friendly. The location is in the city center and most of the places are within a walking distance or close to the bus stop.

Absolutely fabulous I loved it, and make sure you have a chat to Lachie in the Bar of the restaurant especially if a lover of whisky.
