The service was very poor, and no complimentary water bottle was provided at check-in. Additionally, there were no water filters on any floor. I was directed to the gym center to use the water purifier to fill my bottles.

Clean place but had some issues at the front desk,problem was fixed but I wish girls st the front desk could be more polite.Parking is not free.

As a diamond VIP, I rarely give bad reviews, but this hotel really refreshes my three views. 1. The room was not cleaned. I reported the situation to the front desk, and the front desk just said sorry hypocritically, but did not investigate the reason. Later, they said it was because I did not hang a sign that needed to be cleaned, so I went back to the room and saw that the door sign only had a "Do Not Disturb" sign, and I did not hang this sign outside the door. The hotel did not investigate the real situation and put the responsibility on the guests first. 2. They deducted my deposit for no reason. When I asked them the reason and asked them to send a bill, they ignored it. They said that the deduction was for taxes, and then they said that the deduction was for Internet access fees. The room I booked was tax-inclusive, can't they see it? The Internet in their hotel is free, don't they know? Is this a temporary charge for Chinese people? 3. My suitcase was damaged when I stored my luggage on the first day, and I haven't pursued it with them yet. I sincerely recommend that everyone do not stay in this hotel. The BW I stayed in on the first day of my arrival also included breakfast, which is much better than this hotel.

The worst accommodation experience. I paid Ctrip, but this hotel in the US charged me again and refused to admit it. I tried for a refund for almost a week but still couldn't get it. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service has been working hard to resolve the issue.

The hotel is in a convenient location. It's clean and the front desk staff is friendly. The quality of the hotel restaurant is very good, with a buffet for breakfast and light snack options in the evening! There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is very convenient!
