llegó a las 3am el 26-11-23 y en lo que hago check in y todo el rollo logré dormir a las 5am...7am la recepcionista va a tocar la puerta para saber si había alguien en la habitación...8am vuelven a tocar pidiendo bajar a recepción para aclarar una duda, les pregunto cuál es el problema y de forma hostil y como si estuviese en una comandancia responde: tiene que bajar sii !! Bueno ahí voy para abajo con los ojos abiertos ya que me tocó el penúltimo nivel; se expuso la molestia con el recepcionista y no le tomo importancia, solo exclamó que hubo error en su sistema del check in y que pensaron que tenía que haber salido un día antes ! (si así hubiese ocurrido creo que no es manera de despertar al huésped, sería profesional esperar la salida y hacer el cobro correspondiente) MI PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN UN HOTEL SÓLO 2 HRS ME DEJARON DORMIR.

La ubicación es buenísima y está muy cerca de la playa. El hotel es super colorido pero lo mejor de todo es la atención al cliente, son super amables y amigables. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar en el hotel.
