A very beautifull resort with all the required amenties and beautiful view from balcony. Definetly recommend for families. Only disadvantage is its location. Its a bit away from central area where as a tourist one will be planning to visit as part of iternary. Cabs will deny service post 9am morning because of traffic. So no adhoc plans can work out. This resort is for people who want to have a laid back relaxing experience, away from all the commotions. Rooms are really spacious and very clean. All the basic ameneties are provided.

I am writing this review for the improvement of hotel services and visitors who are going to stay this Nova Highlands. The hotel rooms are in the shopping mall but the reception is at the another building. I brought the car and was asked me to park in the shopping mall car parking. There will be parking fees in the shopping mall. Only one receptionist asked me to come back by walking in the heavy cold rain to make the TNG card free in the shopping mall parking. I had to go the reception in another building that is 7 min walk everytime I come back to hotel. I requested an umbrella and she did not borrow it. She said that the hotel didn’t have any person to help us and it was policy. I asked what it was and she replied it was what she said without documents, surprised! She did not give any info about breakfast that I purchased before. When I called and she said to collect the coupon to eat at one cafe in the shopping mall. How can I go in the heavy raining without car and umbrella. There is no intercom system and please don’t the receptionist would pick up the phone calls. So, I would request trip.com to consider it as this Nova Highlands is not hotel, but some kind of guest house.

The address is as follow: No 46A Jalan Golden Hills 2 Barrington Home, Golden Hills 39000 Tanah Rata, Cameron Hills, pahang Great villa that fit 20 person easily, 3 big rooms and a kitchen with cutlery and plates. Right outside the villa is walking distance to a street night market. Every night was crowded as fresh vegetables are good for value. Encounter everyday jam in Cameron Highlands to all places of interest, easily 2 hours stay in car, time was wasted also on finding carpark lot. Road was mostly one way and curvey, prepare for passengers uneasy on stomach for frequent stops. Hope to come back again and see that the infrastructure have improved.
