Adam Hotel

The room is not satisfactory, first got a room on the 3rd floor.. no towels, soap. The toilet smells bad and when I go in to use it, I open the lid of the toilet bowl. Oh God, the toilet is clogged with excrement... I cried a lot and I vomited with amusement when I saw it... it was really traumatizing! Then I was able to change to another room on the other side, thank God the toilet is ok and there are soapy towels. The mattress feels springy like there is no sponge...even the pillow is uncomfortable. The room is not soundproof so you can hear the people next door open the shower, flip the switch, clearly hear people going in and out of the room. When you open the window to let in air, there is an unpleasant smell like the smell of feces steam. The good thing is that the cheap price can be found in trip.com, the employees are good, come to the room quickly when you tell them there is a problem and are friendly and polite. Parking is limited but you can double park, promise to tell the hotel and you don't have to pay for parking.
