Not quite clean. The floor is sticky. The television is not usable, they say their technician is not around. When requesting for iron, need to wait for 2 hours. Still can improve. The location is great though.

1. No accessories like coffee, tea, no extra sheet, no broom to clean every time dirty, have no complete plate, cup, bowl, cutlery 😮💨 2. The water heater is not pump type so the water flow is not consistent 3. No cover/ carpet/ mat to cover the floor/tiles 4. The bed got bug since i feel itchy when sleep 5. I need to bring extra trash bag since got only 1 small trash in the apartment. My goodness! 6. No microwave 7. No shower cream or shampoo provided

TV not working, toilet flush not working.

Crowded area but the homestay area is not well maintained. The floor is dirty and many houses are incomplete. There is no mineral bottled water, the rim of the glass is not enough and there are a lot of broken ones.. when I go to get the keys, they don't give me towels and astro cards.. so we are a big family who came from far away and it is no good. This homestay needs a lot of repairs. It's a pity because this homestay area is where people focus. if the homestay is not well taken care of, it is really a loss. I don't think it's worth paying for this homestay.. I hope the homestay will take care of the guest's comments because those who stay at the homestay are the guests who bring a thousand fortunes.. if everything is ok, the guest won't give bad feedback. thx..

The apartment is very clean.. the shops are easy.. the service is very good.. It's just a lock..follow the map in this app, it goes to the sea until it reaches the flat ground...the owner hopes to be able to change it..
