The hotel is really affordable and below photos are the view from a balcony. There are butterfly garden, sheep sanctuary, strawberry farm and so on near Nova Highland Hotel. The room is really big and more than enough to stay with my friends. I really love staying there.

I arrived at around 2pm. I was told the earliest I can check in is at 2.30pm. So we have to wait at the lobby until 2.30pm. At night, as it was raining, there is leaking on the ceiling of the master bedroom. The floor was wet. The door to the sky garden couldn't be locked. As the wind blows, the door and the wind blowing sound makes the entire pent house very uncomfortable to stay. I had to call the housekeeping at 10pm to see what can be done. He could only wipe the wet floor and inform me that the repair can only be done the next morning. He used a clothes to tie the door to the staircase to prevent it from opening.
We were not given the tv remote and I had to walk down to the lobby to request. I couldn't find the telephone in the unit. When I asked the receptionist, she told me there is phone in the apartment to which my entire family members also couldn't find.
I would not recommend this property to anyone.

This room is complete with a living room, a kitchen, a queen room. This room is for two people but can fit more than two people. The hotel is close to a pay-your-own playground, close to Teh Boh Palas, Kea Farm, Raju Hill, and there are many restaurants nearby. Tq

Overall okay. CUMA SISTEM PARKING YANG AMAT MENYUSAHKAN. Tak pasal2 rugi dua dekat 10ringgit sebab sistem parking hotel. Takkan setiap kali nak keluar kena jalan dulu dekat 50meter drpd tempat letak kereta. Dan kalau tak keluar sehari terus tak boleh waive tng tu. Bermaknanya kena keluar juga dlm sehari untuk waive tng. Kalau hujan pun takde laluan pejalan kaki berbumbung. Tolong improve.

Please find other hotel if you plan to visit cameron highland. It is not a pleasant hotel anymore compared to when it first opened which is years back. The smell is just terrible! I had to wear face mask all the time since Im asthmatic. Although it was for a short stay, it felt like forever. I regret booking here. (Yes i slept with my face mask on). I also requested room with greenery view and the receptionist literally told me all of their room faces greenery which was an obvious lie. The room I got has building view. (Booked two rooms) gave the one with greenery view to my dad.

Overall the rooms were big and spacious, for a staycation the place is good. Hot water was working, and available and there was a kitchen with microwave and a kettle.
Read other worst reviews like water with odor or lack of heater, but did not experience that in this hotel. Location wise is also ok as the hotel is near or along Brinchang which is central to most tourist locations like the Sheep sanctuary.
What needs to be improved is the couch, and the quality of amenities. You can see in the photo how the couch were so dirty upon arrival like they have not changed it in years and someone died. :D Also there was bathroom leak in one of the 3 rooms we booked and the card key battery was low so we had to wait to get inside our rooms. The service was attentive and courteous but could do better in terms of response time.
