the worst hotel ive stayed it should be banned from running a hotel till its fix .see pic to proof on top of that theres a renovation going on next few rooms
for the rate !! view also so so nothing to brag . location accessible to a mall the road to it .. good luck jam ..the sofa i dont know how toxic it was with the filthy mark stain .. dont even bother to change room .. bcos my friends room was the same .. extra pillows $10 rm per pillow .. the pillow they provided so slim cant even support the neck . dont publish tis kind of hotel if they providing such service n room conditions

Dont stay here.
Really dirty hotel.
Iv never stayed like this much dirty hotel in my life....
There were bed bugs in a sofa.
Seriously dirty hotel.
mold a lot and smelly.
Cannot use hot water for a long , just 5 or 10min only.
Parking lot really dirt bird **** a lot.

Overall stay is good. Need to upgrade the cleanliness of the toilet/ bathroom. It's good if the hotel can change the sofa & the small pillow to a new & clean one. Little smelly there. Maybe the hotel should provide one more receptionist counter at another building, so we don't need to go to the receptionist counter at the main building for check in/check out.

Check in on 2.30pm, the receptionist friendly, the hotel also on strategic area and not far from the town. But they need to improve their cleanliness, the bathroom need to be clean. The blanket also need to change a new one because it already hairy and make our body itchiness. Overall 3.5/5.

Room got moldy smell and all our clothes got moldy smell until reach home. Broken cabinet and water boiler. Bathroom also have mold. No phone to contact reception. Reception is in another building. If you need to request something, have to go down and walk to reception. They say they provide taxi services but they gave only taxi number, have to contact ourselves.
No air con, only fan. Even though the weather is cold, we need air con or exhaust fan for air circulation. If you close all the door and window at night, we feel stuffy because there is no air circulation. If no air con, should have exhaust fan.
Only satisfaction is that attractions are walkable distance.

Book for two bedrooms apartment and it was so disappointing with the room facilities and please do not choose this hotel if you need the privacy. The picture will tell you the stories. The room setup was poor even worst that budget hotel and can’t be accepted

Requested Quiet Room, High Floor & Away from lift.
Stayed at Suite No 830 (2Bedroom)
Huge and kinda worth it. Some bedlinen in pale yellowish colour.
BUT the only downside of the suite was the SMELL of cigarette. OMG.
Please Nove Highlands! unpleasant odor can cause a range of health issues and affect ur mood .
Do something about this.
**Variety of TV channel & Got water heater.
**Validate ur TnGo otherwise u need to pay Rm 15
**Check Out before 12.00 pm otherwise u ll be fine.

Cleanliness : 1/5 kindly review the photo posted.
Location : 5/5 great locations domino pizza below the hotel, fun park next to hotel.
Friendliness : 5/5 hotel staffs, janitors and maintenance staffs are friendly
Alimentary: 3/5 TV can watch couples of hours and the became no picture. Microwave broken (replacement-yes), mini Fridge cold, WiFi good connection.
Microwave oven broken with sparks inside whenever switching on the power. Found unused tampons (tuala wanita) underneath the microwave oven. Replacement of microwave after informed the hotel staffs. Maintenance staffs came for check on TV but unable to fix, so we best embrace the suck 🙄
Found crocahes 🪳 underneath the couch and lots of dust (look at the tissue with my hand palms on).
If you're okay with that, then the hotel deal is great with cheapest price, otherwise you might changed your mind.
