The resort is nice, but the food choices, especially the cakes, are not that many. And for facilities in the resort are not too many, I thought there would be a strawberry garden or picking activities as the name of the resort ”strawberry park resort” but there is no sign of the strawberry there. There is no a lot to offer in this resort. But so far..thats was good resort in cameron highland.

Check in ikut apps mana kita booked. Trip.com paling awal jam 2.31pm. Check in kena pergi belakang hotel lobi The Retreat sebab area hotel tak ada lobi. Parking boleh parking bawah hotel tapi kalau nak free parking setiap kali nak keluar kena jalan kaki ke lobi Retreat, pastu bru balik basement hotel. Hotel sunyi. Tiada mesin air panas tapi ada cerek dan microwave.Ada hairdyer dalam bilik. Air 2 botol air dan peti ais mini. Bilik 417 ada han... perempuan baju putih..So kalau boleh elakkan bilik ini.

Im regret with front office staff i think from india..i get 1 room we can say the big room but i want to share with my family they not allowed.why must take one more room this hotel is not a cheap hotel i hope this thing will not happen again ..and yes this is once and last time im stay at cameron highlands resort.but another service are good hospitality is awesome and staff i think from Nepal is very friendly..i will not suggest to My family and my friends to stayed in this hotel
