Absolutely fantastic stay! Perfect spot for relaxing. Amazing breakfast each day in the most beautiful setting, very accommodating staff in all areas of the hotel and 2 of the best massages! Very handy to have car parking right outside the hotel and the town was lovely to explore. Definitely get some of the pure lavender from the local shop.

We stayed here for three nights and had the most incredible stay. The building is so incredibly beautiful, along with the grounds and outdoor pool. The atrium restaurant where breakfast and dinner are taken is the most perfect place and the food they offer has a emphasis on quality local produce. The rooms were beautiful with stone walls and very high ceilings, all tastefully decorated in natural materials. very comfy beds. The spa was really relaxing and part of our package meant we could use it when we wanted, as long as we booked it - we used it three times and it was such a great relaxing space with plenty of jets and bubble pools

We were in the restaurant for lunch with four friends and we ordered the typical Manchegas crumbs. We were surprised when they brought us the crumbs completely burnt and without the grapes that were on the menu. We complained and a person came and took away the four plates. They offered us something else to eat and we ordered some rather small salads. They took a long time to serve us. We asked for the dessert menu and it took them a long time to serve us. We waited for almost an hour and we had to get up to be served. As they didn't serve us in the end, we had to leave. The service was terrible. I don't recommend it at all. Very bad service.
