Great hotel in a perfect location - ideal for an overnight stay to explore Brighton. Comfortable accommodation, good breakfast. Our room was a little tired (sunken floorboards and tired carpet) but perfectly comfortable / clean and great value for money.

Overnight stay was very good lovely room with views of the pier and sea very comfortable bed and extremely nice breakfast all staff very helpful and polite would definitely recommend and will book again.room was very quiet even on a Saturday evening

Alright. Stayed here in February 2025 with family. We booked in the family room that was a good size, the beds were comfy and the place was clean. The staff were friendly. The location of the hotel was really good (near The Brighton Centre Music Venue). The breakfast that was included was alright as well. The only issues would be there is no car park (but there is an expensive pay and display close by), no WiFi in the rooms; only reception area; so the smart TVs could not be fully used, the bathroom radiator was covered in rust and the shower was not great. Other than that the hotel was alright and the price was pretty fair.

Lovely quaint hotel, full of character. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I had a fault on my TV and in no time at it was replaced! We've stayed in quite a few hotels in Brighton and this little one is a gem. Lovely breakfast and will definitely stay again next time we come to Brighton

Room cold, dirty and bathroom full of rust! No wi fi in the room despite it was written differently in the description. Breakfast very poor, no choice. Everytime we need to ask for something because the service was poor. Too expensive for the service and the quality.

Check in was straight forward, you get your room key but you have to hand it in every time you leave the property, the reception is staffed 24 hours a day so I didn’t have a problem getting back in. Room was ok, tea and coffee making facilities, TV etc. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but managed to get a fairly decent nights sleep. En-suite bathroom wasn’t too bad. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t the best, scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, the bacon was a bit too fatty for my liking. The staff were very pleasant throughout.

Quite a bizarre hotel. Lovely location in regency square. The staff in the hotel have limited English My sister & I were given a twin room with n the 3rd floor overlooking the actual square. The room was stuffy & hot & the windows did not open. There was a small desk fan in the room. The TV was hanging off the wall & at a precarious angle No hot water in the morning for a shower There’s a very old fashion lift with a metal cage door which swung back forcefully when trying to enter the lift which was very snug with 2 people in it However, the room was clean & the breakfast was nice. The receptionist was helpful & called a taxi for us when we left.
