The location for me was excellent as I was going to gig at a nearby Churchhall. There are pubs and eateries in the same road. The room was very comfortable especially the bed the TV was good, the bathroom was excellent. Everything was very clean and check in was a breeze. I would recommend.

we messaged hotel 3 times about parking before we stayed but got no reply, the room needs a lot of maintenance very tired , no shelf in bathroom for toiletries, plug in sink not holding the water , 3 hangers , no usb ports , bathroom had horrible smell , very overpriced , chandelier above bed looked like it could fall on us while sleeping, dirty walls needs a bit of a revamp

Fantastic location and a really nice place to stay. The hosts were so helpful and I would highly recommend this for a stay in Brighton. Parking was easy - right outside front door. Room was small but perfect for our needs. Excellent location for Sea Front and Town Centre

Room was extremely clean, bed was so awesome super king size, floor heated tiles, everything you need was in place. We will stay again with you. Recommend. Situated in a quiet area, with shops around, coffee shop just around the corner, pubs around, few minutes away from the seafront.

Everything about this hotel is Quality with a capital Q. Easy check in process and a fabulous double room with bedroom bathtub perfect for a post BM10K soak while watching a movie. The rainfall shower was invigorating too. The bed in our room was probably the most comfortable I've slept in .... even better than home! The room was tastefully appointed and even with the windows open on a warm evening the noise outside was minimal. Tea, coffee making facilities and a small fridge ensured we had everything we needed for a lovely two night stay. We will return to this hidden gem of a hotel.

It was well equipped, clean and at a good location. I had a good night's sleep!! I found it easily and was able to park close by. Nothing else to say. All was fine. Small room but not an expensive place to say so wouldn't expect more! X̌xxxxx̌xxxx

Lovely place all we need for our nights stay Kettle with good selection of drinks Bottled water was a nice touch Nice and quiet and close to the sea front and the centre Check in/out was simple with codes for front door and bedroom We would stay again

We were in Brighton for the Soul Supper Weekend It's the 3rd time that we have stayed there and in the same room, and everytime it has been fantastic and never disappointed. will always keep going back as it fantastic as long its available!!!!
