We booked for two nights and was very clean bed very comfortable easy check in check out. Only downside was for me the didn’t connect to internet so couldn’t get access to YouTube or Netflix etc….. And communication was a bit slow response.but apart from that no issues would certainly recommend.

The boutique is a warm and cosy feeling making it inviting, the room was ideal for a solo traveler. It's also in a perfect location for when visiting at the hospital which is just a 5 mint walk from the boutique . The bed is spacious and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom is very spacious. Also nicely decorated

Great stay. Easy communication before visit and arranging parking permit. Easy check in and out, room clean and housekeeping staff were friendly. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the pillows were bad, flat, synthetic. My husband thought his side of the bed (closest to the door) had a dip in it. I found the mattress comfortable. Would stay again.

Clean, comfortable, central to job location, only downfall room.7 which is a loft room, heating couldn’t be turned up which was annoying. Parking the car was a bit of an issue, limited car parking spaces near the hotel, but on upside loads of places to eat.

The location of the hotel is great, with lots of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood and not very far from the beach. Easy to check in, the room was very cosy, clean and nicely decorated, with everything you need. Will definitely stay here again!

This place is in a good location in Brighton's Kemp Town. We had a small double room and it was small. The room was well equipped with things like tissue, hairdryer etc, and was nice and clean. We actually did not sleep well as the room was too warm (25 degrees) when we arrived. We switched off the radiator and opened the windows. Over the couple of days we were there the temperature went down to 19 degrees.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay managed to park right outside and a 2 minute walk to the Concorde 2 venue where we were watching a gig. Loads of places close by to eat and drink will definitely use again. Clean quiet and very comfortable thank you.

I have mixed feelings about this accommodation because as I was booking this stay, I neglected to notice that this inn does not have a reception area. After you book they send you a front door code as well as a room door code. I realized that I missed having someone to get the city tips from. Taxi and Uber run just under £10. It is a good 30 minute walk to the train station. While the building is old, the bathroom is very new. We booked a little larger room in order to spread out a bit. Enjoyed having a mini fridge. Very comfortable bed. No breakfast was provided but nice little place across the street.
