I visited with my granddaughter for her birthday treat , unfortunately it was the weekend of the bad storm . We were disappointed there was no TV in the room or anywhere else in hotel , also the bedroom window didn't close properly and the wind and rain howled in all night .
The staff were lovely and we enjoyed our breakfast , although again we were disappointed the restaurant wasn't open and we had to brave the storm to get our evening meal .

It was good staying in the hotel. We took a family room of four. But the WiFi was not reachable in the second room. It was very disappointing.

My second stay at Selina with my partner, last valentines it was great but this time we had our anniversary. They had a better room available so upgraded us to a seafront room.
But the room was absolutely freezing and the radiator was on a timer so it was off when we got back to the room around 11pm onward. The windows were really drafty and loud from the wind and rain outside and the duvet was thin.
Pretty room and nice staff but pity about the stay. Not the best for a winter anniversary trip.

Didn't check-in due to change route. Nevertheless it location is great that it only takes a few mins walk from Brighton railway station.

It is a great location and friendly staff.
But suggest allocating the same gender if the dorm has two single beds only; otherwise, there will be some embarrassment.
