The location was amazing! we were right in the middle of the action and everything was very convenient. check-in was great, the gentlemen at the from that helped us check in Callum was super polite and very helpful. The staff at the breakfast was fantastic, my girlfriend's a vegan and they made her fresh vegan sausages at no extra cost! The room was clean and very nice, although it would be great to have some complimentary things like bottles of water or toothbrush/paste nevertheless it was an amazing stay! also the check out was super easy and hassle-free we just dropped off our room card in a box, super convenient especially if you're on a tight schedule.

The location of the hotel is good. It is located in the center of the city. It is convenient for eating and shopping. It is not far from the Emperor Pavilion and the seaside. The bus from White Cliff to Brighton stops at the opposite side of the hotel. It is super convenient

Not the usual premier inn standard room not very clean and the bedding was very stained on the bed. Complaint made during stay. Member off staff limited English so nothing sorted out. Had to sleep on top of bed as too dirty. Followed up with email to head office 25 days ago still no reply. Brighton letting down premier inn brand

We have just returned from a lovely break in Brighton. From the moment we stepped foot in this Premier Inn the welcome was warm and the staff were friendly. We were initially welcomed by the person I think makes this place what it is. His name is Gianpaolo. He was witty, charming and friendly to every guest that walked through the door. He is honestly a credit to the establishment. The only downside about the place I'd have to mention was the breakfast. Some items were often cold, probably due to being left out a long time, but other than that we couldn't fault the place. Thank you from Wales! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Have not actually stayed her yet, but the shocking amount of times I've had to get through on the phone is appalling! I've called 4+ times in the last five minutes and nothing! Trying to contact to let them know about important information about mine and my wife's stay as my wife has a disabilitiy they need to cater for, and absolutely nothing! Absolutely shocking why isn't head office putting more rules in place for the phone to be answered! Absolutely dreading my stay if they can't do one simple thing like answer the phone!!!!

the hotel is run down, and scruffy and the carpets throughout are dirty. views overlook scruffy and untidy yards. No privacy in rooms, and no net curtains had to close curtains for privacy. only one towel provided, for two people. Reception is rushed and unwelcoming.

Although handy for where we wanted to go for the evening and was just using the hotel for one night. I was a bit disappointed about the cleanest of the bed. The tops of the tables and dresser were very sticky. The mattress topper and the Quill were stained, and the Quill was a but smelly. But the big surprise on the cleanest was when moving the mattress we found under it a bottle of spray which to put it polity, it is used in a sexual act. Not a good impression. When tried to explain when leaving we couldn't get hold of anyone as all were busy in dinning room doing breakfast and we had to leave. The other downside is the car park it is a bit away from the hotel, which is a surprise as there is a ncp car park behind the hotel which would be more convenient. Especially as I'm a wheelchair user and getting from the other carpark was a bit hilly when you have a suitcase with you. Generally the staff on arrival were good and friendly

BED BUGS IN ROOM! I stayed in Premier Inn Brighton City Centre at the beginning of October. It is a large hotel with hundreds of rooms and there is musty smell around the various floors and in the rooms, so it is in need of refurbishment. Putting that aside, my 3 nights stay was a disturbing and painful experience as each morning, I woke up with more and more itchy bites around my ankles, legs and stomach. The first morning I woke up, I was not sure what type of bug had bitten me, but as the bites increased, and because the window was locked in the hotel room, I soon realised I was being, literally, eaten alive by bed bugs! It made for a very anxious, irritating and deeply unplesant stay and I hardly slept throughout the 3 nights, and when I did, I was bitten all over my lower-half. On the day i got back home, I complained to Premier Inn using their online Feedback and Complaints form and after 3 weeks their response was: ' 'Following your stay and notifying us about this instance, we took the room and rooms aside out of service and requested an external third party company to thoroughly investigate the room and surrounding rooms, due to the nature of bed bugs. They have published there findings to us and they have confirmed no trace or evidence was found to confirm bed bugs being present in the room or rooms next door. With this in mind as the room has been confirmed to be clear, we would be unable to provide a refund for your stay, though we do apologise again for the disappoin**ent experienced on this occasion.' So their response to my evidence, including photos of my bitten and blistered skin, which I could not help but itch all day and night; the fact the window could not be opened and I woke up every morning with more and more bites, is the above. I'll leave you to make up your mind if Premier Inn's 'Good Night Guarantee' is meaningless or not, considering what I went through and the response I received with no refund.
