Would highly recommend that Guest House, stayed at the place for 1 night but could easy stay for 2/3 days. The room was cosy and clean and nice bathroom, location was also very good for where I had to be 👌🏼

This was a really lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and only a few minutes walk from the beach. I was staying alone and felt very safe in the area. The road was quiet but the windows were soundproofed well anyway; I couldn't even hear cars pass outside! Thank you, I'll definitely stay here again.

Very comfy room, clean and looked newly refurbished. Shower was roomy, bed was comfy. Floor fan was on for us on arrival which was very much appreciated. Great location. Lovely note from the owner in room wishing us a lovely stay in Brighton.

This is a really great place to stay and in a great position. Newly renovated and very comfortable, great beds and good shower room. Very easy to get into the property using codes provided. Excellent value and close to the lanes and beaches. Great stay.

Brighton - 5 stars !
Excellent location for exploring Brighton. Fantastic accommodation, modern, clean tidy and well maintained. Highly recommend this location for anyone whether the stay be for one or two days or even longer. Looking forward to coming back

All you need for a weekend in Brighton. Close to the beach and pier, nearby shops/bars/cafes and easy to get the bus or walk to the station.

Lovely room in a great location. 2 minutes from the sea, about 5 minutes from the pier. Great bars and restaurants nearby. Small but perfect en-suite with complimentary toiletries. Small fridge, kettle (with tea, coffee and biscuits), hairdryer and TV - everything you need for a night away

The property was great. Clean and brand new. It was large. However no staff to welcome you or desk so felt more like an apartment rather then guest house.
