Kai and Ahmed at the front desk were just wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. The location is great with Brighton Baths diagonally opposite and the beach within easy reach. The room was well-equipped and really spacious. It was however quite dated and could use a deep clean and some basic maintenance.

Fantastic location for shopping bars and restaurants or access to the Brighton sea baths or the beach. Super clean and very nice rooms

The room is large, but the facilities are imperfect and the faucet is leaking! The biggest advantage is that it is very close to the beach!

The room was not good, the hygiene was average, and it was different from the promotional pictures. Never use their kitchen, whoever uses it will regret it

Although there are few rooms, the service is very good. There is only one charge for multiple entries and exits in the parking lot. The hotel is near the Melbourne city beach, and it is very suitable for family hiking. It is a sunset check-in point, so pay attention to insulation and wind protection.

Accommodation conditions are very good

Was a pleasant stay. Hardly saw or heard any other people. Parking and access to room was very easy. Friendly informative staff. Suited our needs. Fantastic size rooms, having a bath in suite was wonderful for my daughter. Netflix access was appreciated. All round would recommend. Thank you.

Great location, right opposite Brighton Yacht Club and easy walk to beach and village facilities.

Zero dining on the property and not much very close by except for 2 beach cafes. Great spot anyway. Rooms are very large, quiet & comfortable.

People partying in other rooms, drunk and disorderly people running around the hallways.

Andrew was wonderful on Reception. Helped out with anything we asked for. Was very attentive during a busy checkin period and thanked everyone for their patience. All round great customer service.

Overall, this is good accommodation in a pleasant area with easy access to the beach, local shops and restaurants/cafes. Only let down was having to wait 15 mins to check in as the desk was closed; calling the phone number displayed just resulted in going to voicemail which was full so couldn't leave a message anyway.

Car parking was easy once you enter the under ground area. Wide entry exit points. Easy to find and walking distance to Church st shops, cafes cinema. Kitchenet and large room with separate bedroom bath, separate shower. Front desk only operates for 13 hours but did not present an issue. Excellent 4 star property for a longer stay.
