Hotel Staff: friendly, available, helpful. There is no housekeeping but you can get new towels by going to the front desk. Hotel Itself-very clean, breakfast daily (we didn’t eat there but it smelled good), plenty of parking. Rooms-there were 2 of us; king bed. Beds were comfortable, room was immaculate. Plenty of towels, toiletries. Walls are rather thin. My only complaint, but it’s a big one, the WiFi is terrible. It’s a big deal when trying to work remotely during part of the stay & then trying to watch Netflix at night to drown out the noise from other rooms (thin walls).

I had a poor experience at the Sheraton in Novi while staying with a family member to celebrate a belated Christmas as we weren't able to get together around Christmas proper. While I was upgraded to a room on the club lounge floor, the guest room I received was not clean by any definition of clean. There was hair on the desk and desk chair, hair on the toilet, hair under the toilet seat, hair on the wrapped bar of soap and soap dish, stains on the desk, and stains on the face tissue container. The single bathrobe hanging in the closet appeared to have been previously worn and didn't have a cincture. On my reservation I specifically requested only 100% feather pillows. My reservation also requested a bathrobe, slippers, extra pillows and extra towels. I didn't receive any of those things. The four pillows were four polyester down-alternative pillows. Those pillows are horrible. They always feel like someone stuffed cotton balls in a pillowcase. During check-in I noticed a sign at the front desk saying daily housekeeping is not provided, unless specially requested. The major cleanliness issues that I experienced are a direct result of what happens when hotels don't clean rooms and other spaces each and every day. I received zero Marriott Bonvoy elite status recognition. Specifically, I was not offered the choice at check-in of breakfast in the restaurant, an amenity or points. I complained to the general manager, who to his credit acknowledged the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, fully apologized and took responsibility. To resolve the issue, he offered to comp my stay and ensure that the room was thoroughly cleaned while we were out of the room and off-property at a nearby shopping mall. He also apologized for the lack of Bonvoy recognition and provided the $100 cash compensation that is required by Marriott for not offering guest with platinum or higher Bonvoy status the choice at check-in of breakfast in the restaurant, an amenity or points. When we returned, the room was properly cleaned. The pillows were replaced with feather pillows, although none of the feather pillows had pillow protectors or pillowcase liners. Two clean bathrobes and two pairs of slippers were placed in the closet. The general manager was also kind enough to leave a bottle of wine in the room. My family member was really appreciative of that gesture. Despite the issues, the staff that I encountered throughout the stay were polite, welcoming and hospitable. That aside, there was zero excuse for the cleanliness issues or the lack of attention to what was specified on the reservation The club lounge was open with an average evening offering that included a selection of assorted cheeses, crackers, grapes, fruit and some basic canapés. Besides free nonalcoholic drinks, an honor bar featured cheap house wine ($5 retail bottles of wine) selling for $5 a glass. The club lounge is a nice smaller space. Very nice Staff & helpful ! Nice rooms , clean & beds are comfy ! Rooms have where if you want you can cook if needed ＞ Rooms have a kichen area in the room for you to use . Very nice thing to have when you are staying for few days or more ! Only no dishes , but they have some in lobby you can buy or rent like I think . I didn't use any so not sure what they are . Rooms are very nice . The breakfast you have to buy each day , wasn't to bad , it always nice to have hot stuff & other things to get . At least they offer something but you have to pay for it , that the bad part too! The other I enjoy the rooms & staff !

The surrounding environment is quiet, very close to the University of Denver, the hotel has good service, complete facilities, rooms are large enough, internet speed is good, there is a supermarket nearby, free parking, breakfast is simple but full, and I will stay again!

Good location by m59 and US-23, we were attending a wedding at Waldenwoods Resort a mile away so very convenient for staying there. Room 108 was very clean and the mattress was great, even at higher end hotels we often struggle with mattresses being too soft and sagging in the middle with 2 of us (average size) - but no sagging at least in this room and no overly firm or soft, just right.

The outside of this hotel makes it look quite clean and accommodating however, looks are deceiving. I was booked a room for 2 nights, (not cheap) and was assigned a room at the back of the hotel. The room was not as clean as it should be. The lamp in the corner was broken, there is a distinct lack of accessible plugs for laptops and cell phone. The carpet looked like it needed a good shampoo and the chair by the bed definitely needed an upholstery clean. The bathroom was far from clean with a dirty tissue dispenser, a portable mirror on the vanity was absolutely filthy underneath and the tile calking on the floor was brown with heavy staines. Even the room number on the telephone did not match the actual room number. The room safe was unable to be opened as the previous guest had locked it and left it with their own combination. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place. I decided to only stay the one night.
