Friendly staff...Good parking....no shampoo or towels in room...but when spoke to reception they quickly gave shampoo and towels

The room was very dirty not clean dirty towels on the floor dirty coffee cups bed sheets was all creesds up. Bathroom door was jammed the curtain was hanging off. This room was not fit for purpose due th hygiene reasons.

OK for the business traveller as it’s part of the motorway services. Cheap but clean and comfortable accommodation. Plenty of food outlets on both sides of the motorway.

Bathrooms massive nice bath and showers rooms are great size plenty of rooms fornme and my paetner the fridge in our room was a god send

Not a bad hotel all in all, and usually excellent value for money (I have stayed here on a few occasions recently as much cheaper than other hotels locally). The rooms are well equipped with iron, ironing board, kettle with tea and coffee and usually a desk fan of some sort. Personally, I prefer to be on the first floor as most ground floor rooms do have a musty/slightly damp smell which I do try to avoid. Great, friendly staff however.

Great location for motorway, free parking, clean rooms, pleasant staff. Shower was cold and bath water wasn't very hot which wasn't ideal (ended up showering at the gym) but for the money a good place to stay for business. No cap on WiFi either
