The room had cob webs and a spider,table end was broken, the lamp was broken,hair in the bath and table, the family changing room for swimming was dead fly broken human nails so much dirty hair on the changing mat and the table it was sat on , going into the swimming pool the metal pillar holding the building was very very rusty and some of the staff from the hotel and the dining are was so rude
We was told we would get another room the next day as we was staying for couple of days and we didn’t even get another room as we was promised and now there disputing about a refund
I would never go back there again I was hoping it would be nice for my wife and kids as they had a pool etc

Food was good, hotel room was clean, leisure facilities were poor, jacuzzi bare worked, steam room didn’t work, swimming pool was full and the sauna was tiny!
