One of the most convenient & Peaceful vacations ever, Fantastic Location and View, very friendly and professional staff, well equipped apartments, spacious rooms, This place is an undiscovered piece of switzerland. The apartments includes anything you will need during the vacation, up to kids games, kitchen is very well equipped, family activities in the resort is great.

Absolute fantastic for families with young kids (up to 10). You get spacious apartment with great mattress, with well equipped kitchen, with dish soap, salt/pepper, dishwasher and its detergent. Ours was also wheelchair friendly which made it especially convenient with a stroller (and a baby). There was just one catch in our experience: room service wasn't available over the weekend. We spent 4 nights and we realized it on Friday night (weekend spent in a bit messy room). It wasn't mentioned to us during the check-in. Reception is open only at certain times (not the whole day). We loved the place and are definitely coming back. And we're getting room service pre-booked at the check-in.

Overall, we've enjoyed the place an the hotel. Rooms are clean and have everything one needs to cook. Bathroom is comfortable, bedroom too. Enough of wardrobes. Personnel is polite and professional. It is important to note two points that we did not know about: 1. Spa/swimming pool building is a separate building from the chalets where all apartments are located. It is at most 3 mins of walking, but it is still separate. 2. The changing rooms have NO lockers AT ALL. So you cannot lock any valuables. I had to take them in my bag with me to the spa area and just put them there. Better safe than sorry for me. But many people were just keeping clothes and valuables hanging. I know that it is safe and all, but if there were a lot of people during season, I would not be comfortable leaving everything just like that. 3. Some customers are nude in sauna. So, if someone is uncomfortable, should think about it. Other than that, the spa area is nice. Swimming pool is modern and clean. Jacuzzi is lovely and does not smell chlorine. We've loved spending time there. There is also a ski lift that we took to go up just to see the mountains. It was very beautiful. Many ski stations around and the view is fantastic. The town is small and lovely. We've visited local shops that sell very fresh and delicious food. Also, road to the hotel is scenic and passes through other beautiful towns. We will be back.
