The room had cobwebs above the window but the room was clean, I went to the bar service was so slow that I gave up waiting and went to the room. The fire alarm rang at 3am, followed by people banging the room doors and fire doors throughout the remainder of the night at approximately 15 minute intervals, this combined with people talking, moving furniture around and the strong smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room from outside made sleep impossible. I went to breakfast at 7am, non of the tables had been cleared, I layed a table, no eggs were available, the egg cook was not there, no fruit salad was available, the lady on check out was very apologetic, I went outside, the ashtrays at the hotel entrance were full and the ground was littered with cigarette ends, The smell was overpowering. I use the Bastion hotel at Geleen regularly it is fantastic.

Hotel is ok, checkin went well as did dinner. I personally find the beds to low and a bit small. Unfortunatly my room was right at end of building on ground floor next to garage so had engine noise and headlights in evening and early morning. But that said i slept ok, staff friendly and room was clean. Would i stay again if in area, yes i would. Just a note this is second time here, and car park has been full bith tumes..

Good location, large room and acceptable clean. But that is it. The rest.... unfriendly personnel, limited services, nothing to cover the floor. But the worse is personnel attitude: totally unfriendly and careless wit the guests. The breakfast was a mockery. At the end I had to cut my stay short with one day and they simply refused to return the money.

Neat hotel, but due to its location many workers from the Botlek. This makes it very noisy. Rooms are clean but small. Bathroom/shower is too small. Breakfast and Restaurant are good. Parking is available in an adjacent parking garage. Sufficient charging points available.

Hotel is good for a stopover, the shower glass was still dirty, it was not vacuumed properly. Reception service was very good, very friendly! The bed was made of foam, pillows were quite soft. Price was ok
