I noticed that early check in was £10 in November, and now is apparently £15 - not that I would pay that, clearly trying to see how much people are willing to part with. Anyway, Premier Inn, for the love of God involve a woman in the design team. We do not want a water fall shower with no other option because we might want to shower without getting our hair wet. Also some sort of cup is needed for toothbrushes. And as with every hotel room in the world, not enough space to put your stuff down in the bathroom. Location is excellent for the seafront etc.., parking convenient. Other than that it was exactly what I expect from a Premeir Inn, clean, comfortable, reasonably priced.

Had to wait 1 hour for our early arrival to be granted .. walked in our room to finger prints all over the windows toilet handle .dirty windows marks on floor ..poor service in restaurant because head sheff had an accident waited 45 min for pizza and chips for kids and Charlie the manager could not managed the situation..very rude face pulling eyes rolling ..breakfast was poor everything rushed to be only just cooked and full of Greece..have to wait minimum 20 min to see somebody on reception.. corridors stink of alcoholic..1st flooor

A well located, clean hotel with good parking. The staff are Very helpful and friendly. The food choices sadly are typical pub chain burger, classic curries style. A locally produced selection would make a difference. However the budget price of lunch and the excellent breakfast do compensate. The bar was reasonable and staffed well, and friendly. Only down was a lack of comfy seats in the bedroom and the Lowest most awkward toilet I have ever come across. But overall the warm welcome made up for the shortcomings.

Currently staying at Premier Inn Bridlington in a so called Premier Plus room on the 3rd floor. Barely scrapes by at a 3 star review. Good points: Good location, staff friendly, rooms okay ( but they desperately need some tlc & maintenance) Food average at adjacent bar / restaurant (owned by same company, Whitbreads) & I've put this as a positive to try be balanced. Plenty of parking at only £3 per night. Bad Points: Rooms too hot & you can't open windows or drop thermostat below 19 degrees... Shower reduces to a raindrop at a time when you use it. Sink water pressure not any better. Every time you come back in the room you have to fiddle with the card slot to make the electricity work... Yes you have to give it a good old clout as its loose... As shown by the member of staff from reception... DO NOT BUY THE SO CALLED ULTIMATE WIFI... It is anything but ultimate here on the 3rd floor... Lucky if we can actually get enough WiFi to do a speed test so I can't actually tell you how really slooooww it is... When the member of staff was showing me how to clout the electrical circuit card slot... (Yes I know getting a customer to fiddle with their dodgy electrics) I mentioned the raindrop shower & the response was 'must have been a lot using it' It's now 11:10pm & it's just the same... I also mentioned the ultimate in slow WiFi..... The response was 'we've just changed providers' So what it's sh*t!! Maybe you should change back then Premier Inn?? Bathroom looks tired with poor marked paintwork & just a bit shabby... TO say this is supposed to be a Premier Plus room & experience I can only think the bosses at Premier Inn (Whitbreads) have really low expectations of how things should actually be in a good, well run & maintained hotel... Of which this is none of these things... Come on Premier Inn Bridlington, sort yourselves out....

arrogant member of staff that needs retraining been to go away and sit in the corner of hotel ground floor untill check in because i refuse pay £15 to check in 35 mins early the free wifi is absolutely useless the phone signal is so poor in the rooms you cant use your 4G/5G more than likely theres a signal blocker to try and make you buy the £5 a day wifi i booked a double room i given a family room only plus point was the comfy bed
