The mattress was not comfortable. I felt like it was too hard. During our second night, there were children running up and down the hallway screaming and banging on the walls until approx 3:30 am. Other thsn that, everything was good.

The room we stayed in had water coming out of one of the lights in the bathroom. Come to find out the room on the floor above us had flooded. Got all over our stuff. Wouldn’t move us and said the water in the light was fine. Not only that but the pool was so gross. Looked like no one had kept up with it. Water was a green color had a bad odor to it. No one ever came in the room to clean the trash or give us fresh towels or anything. The staff seemed to love us. They would follow us around from the car to our rooms and every time we would go out the door and walk towards the elevator which seemed to be going out we would somehow meet an employee staff and wouldn’t you know, they were also going to the same place as we were. Even if it was to outside to get some fresh air. As we would be done and going back in it was so nice for one of the staff to be inside the hotel waiting for us to come in to escort us to our rooms.

Great stay, comfortable beds, yummy breakfast, lots of options. Waffle maker, danishes, fruit, oatmeal, eggs, bacon and sausage, cereal and more.

My confirmed reservation was not confirmed, you were booked up! I believed it was that booked thru a third provider ******* , I was charged by ******* twice $1.39 , but had no room for the night

We found a used band aid between the sheets on the bed. The hotel appeared used and in need of updates.

The pool heater was broken and we were not informed nor was there a sign therfore my son was subjected to freezing water and immediately got out. The room water was lukewarm at best.
